Nick Westbrook-Ikhine fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 9 (2024). Should you start or sit Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR5
ANALYSIS: Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine has now found the end-zone in three consecutive games, but that doesn't mean he's worth starting. It's hard to trust players who have so few targets, even if they're able to go on touchdown streaks.

He's been targeted just 10 times this season, and not at all in his first four games. If quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) returns to the lineup, it's hard to see Westbrook-Ikhine having value, since Levis was the starter in those first four games. No. 15 and backup QB Mason Rudolph appear to have somewhat of a connection.
The Titans offense under Levis doesn't produce any fantasy relevant pass-catchers, and that seems unlikely to change. He's struggled to put anything together this season, and if the injury to his throwing shoulder causes any issues at all with him throwing the ball, things could get even worse with him under center.
Of course, he could be formally benched for Rudolph, but the target numbers for Westbrook-Ikhine would still have to improve. He's just 2% rostered in Sleeper leagues, and that's reasonable. Don't put him in your starting lineups just yet.
