PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For the NBA, Single Stat consists of points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers made, and free throws made, in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for tonight, February 9.

However, while Embiid recovers from his meniscus injury, Philadelphia slipped to 29th in defensive rating. I envision Young rubbing his hands enthusiastically, looking at the scouting report, licking his lips like LL Cool J on a cold winter day as he lines up against Philadelphia's putrid defense. Giannis Antetokounmpo UNDER 0.5 3-pt Made - Giannis Antetokounmpo making a three-point shot is similar to my dog following my commands. It happens, but if you blink, you'll miss it. In Antetokounmpo's previous five games, he's averaged 0.6 three-point baskets. Lined up against the lottery-bound Charlotte Hornets on Friday evening, expect the 2021 NBA Finals MVP to dominate in the paint and possibly end his night early due to a blowout victory. I don't expect Antetokounmpo to even look at the three-point line with such a competitive-deficient opponent on the schedule. Mash the under on 0.5 three-point shots made for Antetokounmpo.
Jamal Murray UNDER 2.5 3-PT Made - It seems the Denver Nuggets enjoy playing the Los Angeles Lakers. On the second night of a back-to-back schedule following their 114-106 victory over the 2023 Western Conference runner-up, I expect Jamal Murray to come down from his Los Angeles buzz.

The line is set at 2.5 three-point shots made for Murray's Friday prop. Despite Murray's 2.8 average conversion rate from distance in his last five outings, one must remember the importance of resting Murray's legs following such a stretch, especially in a back-to-back sequence. Jayson Tatum UNDER 2.5 Turnovers - Jayson Tatum isn't the best at handling the ball. However, as the loaded Boston Celtics face the unserious Washington Wizards on Friday evening, consider it a safe bet for Tatum to take it easy on dribbling the basketball. Tatum averaged 3.2 turnovers in his last five games, but the average is such a number due to a seven-turnover match against the New Orleans Pelicans on January 29. Aside from the terrible Washington defense, the Celtics' depth chart allows Tatum to ease up on the ball-handling duties against weaker teams, which bodes well for fewer opportunities for Tatum to choke up the ball. Lock in the under on 2.5 turnovers for Tatum.
