Fantasy Score MLB Totals
Xander Bogaerts over 9.0 fantasy points - This is more of a lean and should be considered for a flex play this afternoon. Bogaerts has been swinging a hot bat and has a 1.015 OPS with two home runs across his previous 17 at-bats. He has also hit lefties well in 2021 as noted by his .908 OPS, seven home runs, and eight doubles across 147 at-bats. He will be facing Rangers' left-hander, Koby Allard, who has given up 13 home runs and 11 doubles to right-handed hitters this season.
Frank Schwindel over 6.5 fantasy score - Schwindel has been on a tear lately as he is posting a .348/.423/.478 slash line with three doubles across his previous 23 at-bats. He will be facing Antonio Senzatela of the Rockies who has allowed a .299 BAA to right-handed hitters as well as seven home runs and 12 doubles on the season. He has also posted a 5.80 road ERA, and the Cubs are also projected to score 5.30 runs tonight, which Schwindel should factor into.
Ozzie Albies over 7.0 fantasy score - Albies is back in here once again and this time it is against Yankees' left-hander, Jordan Montgomery. Montgomery has allowed 11 home runs to right-handed hitters and has also allowed 16 doubles and a .250 BAA. Albies' success against lefties is well-documented in this piece frequently as he has a .929 OPS with eight home runs and 10 doubles in 2021.
Starling Marte over 7.5 fantasy score - Marte will be facing Mariners' left-hander, Marco Gonzales, who has allowed 14 home runs and 22 doubles to right-handed hitters this season. Marte has posted a .296 average with four doubles across his previous 27 at-bats and has posted an .803 OPS against left-handed pitchers in 2021.
