BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 36% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: This is an under-the-radar waiver wire target so keep a close eye on Kyren Williams and make sure to grab some shares before other fantasy GMs in your leagues catch up. I'm saying that because last Sunday stats weren't gaudy on Williams' part but he's been playing more and more of late and the moves made by the Rams will surely help his chances at becoming a better fantasy option ROS.
The Rams released Darrell Henderson and now they have also limited Cam Akers' snap share. In fact, Akers appeared in just 16 snaps compared to Williams' 38 last Sunday at Kansas City. Akers has not reached even 30 snaps (or more than a 50% share) at any point this season and that will only get worse from now on.
Williams has gone from rushing the ball once (W10) to seven times (W11) and finally a double-digit 11 times last Sunday. He's rushed for 9, 36, and 35 yards in those games while also reaching 30, 8, and 25 on pass plays (three, one, and three receptions).
Williams has been on the field for 27%, 55%, and finally, 70% of all Rams snaps in the past three weeks. That's a steady near-20% increase on a weekly basis, just in case. The production has yet to arrive in full, but we're inching closer to the eventual explosion and you would hate to miss it.
