Matchups We Hate
QB Sam Darnold
It has been impressive to watch Sam Darnold throw the ball in recent weeks. He has finished as a top-10 fantasy QB in three of the past four weeks and has thrown multiple passing touchdowns in back-to-back games. However, Darnold will be a riskier QB2 option on Monday night against the Texans. Houston is allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing QBs.
Smith-Njigba being in this section doesn't mean you should sit him in Week 7. He has been a top-3 fantasy WR through the first six weeks and has finished as the WR3 in PPR formats in consecutive contests. This will be a tougher matchup for him on the outside against Derek Stingley Jr., though. Stingley ranks 24th among all CBs in fantasy points allowed per target.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba's last two games:

TE AJ Barner
AJ Barner has scored in double figures in PPR formats in four of the last five games. Last week, Barner caught three passes for 71 yards en route to a TE17 fantasy finish. However, the Seahawks TE should be avoided in most cases in Week 7. Only one TE has finished in the top 18 at the position against the Texans this season.
Other Notable Matchups
QB C.J. Stroud
The last time we saw C.J. Stroud, he threw for 244 yards and four touchdowns against the Ravens. While we shouldn't expect a similar performance from him in Week 7, he will be a high-end QB2 against the Seahawks. Seattle has allowed over 18 fantasy points to a QB in three straight contests while also ranking 28th on the season in passing yards allowed per game.
Texans RBs
This Houston running back group remains a huge question mark heading into Week 7. Nick Chubb (11) out-touched Woody Marks (seven) back in Week 5, and the latter only played 39% of the team's offensive snaps in that game. However, Marks is the better RB start this week due to his potential in the receiving game. Seattle has allowed the most receptions and the second-most receiving yards to opposing backs.

Seahawks RBs
Both running backs in Seattle's backfield should be avoided in Week 7. Kenneth Walker III played a season-low 34.5% of the team's offensive snaps last week, and he has now been held to under 12.5 PPR fantasy points in three straight games. As for Zach Charbonnet, he has been wildly inefficient on the ground while averaging 2.6 yards per carry. To make matters worse, the Texans have given up the ninth-fewest fantasy points, ninth-fewest rushing yards, and fourth-fewest receptions per game to opposing RBs. That moves both Walker and Charbonnet down to RB3 status in Week 7.
WR Cooper Kupp
It has been hard to trust Cooper Kupp this year. He has finished as a top-30 fantasy WR just twice and has seen three targets or fewer in three of his six games. As a result, Kupp will be a low-end flex play in 12-plus team leagues in Week 7. There are better flex options this week than a WR who only caught two passes last weekend.
WR Nico Collins
Although Collins has been a slightly disappointing option so far this season, this matchup is a prime opportunity for him to boom. The Seahawks are dealing with some injuries in the secondary, and this defense has allowed Thomas (23 PPR fantasy points) and Egbuka (31.3 PPR fantasy points) to torture them in recent weeks. That makes Collins a strong WR1.
