Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 15 - Ayo Dosunmu, Terence Davis, Goga Bitadze, Jonathan Kuminga

Week 15 fantasy basketball waiver wire pickups, adds, and sleepers for the 2021-2022 NBA season. Justin recommends free agent targets in 9-category leagues.

Welcome back to the waiver wire! Need to bolster your flailing team? We've got you covered. Maybe. We'll see.

These recommendations are mainly for 9-cat leagues, but if you play in another format, there's a good chance that the information here can still help you. We'll be looking at centers, forwards, and guards whose low rostership and upside make them ideal players to get onto your fantasy team.

Our staff at RotoBaller has great insight and daily columns on how to improve your squad and tips to make your team successful, so be sure to check them out! Now, let's get prepared for Week 15.

9-Category Leagues - Waiver Wire Adds

This column is written based on H2H 9-category standard size leagues. All players in this article are rostered at around 50 percent or less.

Justin Holiday, SG/SF - Indiana Pacers

47% rostered

Holiday has scored 10-plus points and made two or more threes in six consecutive games. His rebounds are up over the last couple of games, plus he's always good for some assists. There's really nothing exciting about Holiday, but the good thing about him is that he provides a ton of consistency. He's going to do things every night. That might sound dumb, but having someone who won't tank your lineup is a big plus in this current NBA environment.

Ayo Dosunmu, PG - Chicago Bulls

46% rostered

Dosunmu finally cooled off Sunday, scoring just five points after three games in a row with 15 or more points. But he still played 39 minutes in that game and now that Alex Caruso is injured again, Dosunmu's minutes should remain fairly safe. In that case, you should grab him if you need someone who can give you 15 points, five rebounds, five assists and a couple steals per night, which...you obviously need someone who can do that, because that's someone who is really good for fantasy purposes.

Terence Davis, SG/SF - Sacramento Kings

33% rostered

Davis has scored in double figures in four consecutive games, including two big nights in his last two:

  • vs DET: 35 points on 47.8% shooting, six rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block
  • @ MIL: 22 points on 50% shooting, seven rebounds, three assists, one steal

It's unclear if De'Aaron Fox (ankle) will be back next game to cut down on Davis's effectiveness, but as long as he's playing 30-plus minutes per game, he'll deliver solid results. It's just unclear how much longer he'll be getting those minutes.

Jonathan Kuminga, SF/PF - Golden State Warriors

30% rostered

Kuminga has slowed down over the last couple of games, which is definitely concerning from a fantasy perspective, as 15 minutes per game probably won't cut it for fantasy. But we have seen some nice highs out of him lately and as long as Draymond Green is out, Kuminga has a chance to put up 15 points and seven boards. The chance has diminished, but it's still there enough to make him rosterable in deep leagues.

Onyeka Okongwu, PF/C - Atlanta Hawks

29% rostered

Okongwu has scored in double figures in three of the last four games, but his biggest value in category leagues comes in two places: blocks and field goal percentage. Over the last five games, Okongwu has 13 blocks. He's also shot 62.5% from the floor or better in eight consecutive games. I mean...if you can get 17 points on 60-plus percent shooting off the wire, you've got to run out and add that.

Goga Bitadze, C - Indiana Pacers

28% rostered

Goga has posted some strong numbers lately, including 16 points and 11 boards against the Suns on Saturday night. He's played 25-plus minutes in three of the last four games, scoring 13 or more points in each of those games.

He had a game in the middle of this run where he only played three minutes, but that was because the Pacers faced a Lakers team that was playing full-time small ball. Now with Domantas Sabonis dealing with an ankle injury, Goga's minutes are more secure for at least a little bit, making him someone you need to roster if you need production at the five.

Bismack Biyombo, C - Phoenix Suns

16% rostered

On Saturday, Bismack Biyombo had 21 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists in a win over the Pacers. It was, umm, pretty wild. JaVale McGee foul trouble contributed to that, but still, Biyombo's numbers were really, really impressive. The Suns are giving him 25-plus minutes per game right now and Deandre Ayton is out with an ankle sprain, so Biyombo should remain a nice streaming play for a least a little bit longer.

Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, SF/PF/C - Oklahoma City Thunder

9% rostered

What can I say — I love me some positional versatility, and JRE brings that. He's really hit or miss in terms of numbers, but he's a solid rebounder who can give you some threes, which makes him fine as a situational guy in deep leagues.
