We have a massive 12 game slate tonight, and there are good options on the board. Stacking will be big tonight, so look for some value where you can, and then load up on the star skaters where you can afford them.

Vegas lines are big when it comes to picking games to target, and that's a good place to start for goalies. When it comes to skaters, goal totals is another main place to start. Usually 5.5 goals is average, so targets games at six, and can look for goalies in games with a total at five.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy hockey lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 2/13/18. DFS Forwards to Consider

Patrice Bergeron - C, BOS vs CGY (DK - $7,500, FD - $8,100)

Pergeron is one of my favorite players to roster in NHL DFS simply because he is so consistent. We know what we are getting from him every night, and with him being on the first forward line and the first power-play unit, he has plenty of upside. He will be up against the Flames, who are down to their backup goalie because of an injury to Mike Smith, so Bergeron and Bruins could be in a good spot. He has 49 points in 49 games this season, and is taking over three shots per game.

Yanni Gourde - W, TB @ BUF (DK - $5,600, FD - $5,400)

Gourde has been moved up to the first forward line and is on the second power-play unit. I think he is too cheap, and makes a nice cash game option tonight, since he is up against the Sabres, who are giving up over three goals per game. Rostering Gourde gets you some nice exposure to Stamkos on the top line is massive. He is taking about two shots per game, and can chip in with a blocked shot every now and then.

DFS Defenders to Consider 

Erik Karlsson - D, OTT @ PIT (DK - $5,900, FD - $6,800)

Karlsson always plays a ton of minutes on defense, and tonight will be no different, as he will be out there to counter the Penguins top line, which is always dangerous. He plays on the first defensive pairing and the top power-play unit, so plenty of chances for him to rack up some points. He is taking over two shots per game, and blocking over one shot per game, so he can really fill up the stat sheet, which is great for NHL DFS.

Brady Skjei - D, NYR @ MIN (DK - $3,900, FD - $4,600)

Skjei has been moved up to the first power-play unit since the Rangers are making a number of changes on their team, they are putting many of the younger players in bigger spots. Skjei is cheap across the industry, and is also playing in his home state of Minnesota, so if you believe in that narrative, he could be a fun option. He is taking over two shots per game, and blocking over one shot per game.

DFS Goalies to Consider

John Gibson - G, ANH @ DET (DK - $7,800, FD - $8,600)

Gibson is back from his injury and has two games under his belt where he has given up two goals in each. Good but not great, so he makes an interesting time to buy low on him for GPPs. He is up against the Red Wings, who aren't the most threatening offensively, so presents plenty of upside. He is a -130 favorite on the road, and has 19 wins in 42 starts this season. Gibson sees shots in the mid 20's each game, so a good amount to rack up some points.
