Early DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks for 3/10/23 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

Zach Edey - CBB DFS Picks, NCAA Daily College Fantasy Basketball

Today's Early DraftKings college basketball DFS lineup picks for 3/10/23. Mike Marteny's CBB daily fantasy advice and lineup sleepers to help you win on DraftKings.

Here we are! Conference Championship Week is when the Madness of March really starts. This is the last day of two-a-days. The American makes its way onto the DraftKings slate today with East Carolina taking on the number one team in Houston. Temple will face Cincinnati to end the afternoon.

Sandwiched in the middle, we have some Big Ten(14) and SEC action. The SEC gives us Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi State, and Alabama. Not too bad! We have Michigan State, Rutgers, Purdue, and the Ohio State team that refuses to lose from the Big Ten(14). Are you ready for more March Madness?  Strap in! It's going to be one hell of a ride!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/10/23, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

David DeJulius, Cincinnati ($8,200)

Landers Nolley will get you more consistent stats, but DeJulius is the guy that's capable of ceiling games. He plays a ton of minutes and has scored in double figures in every game since January 14. Don't worry, he avenged that clunker against SMU by hanging 30 on them in the regular season finale. DeJulius has 66 points over the last three games and he's going to get you strong assist numbers, too – he hasn't been under five assists since New Year's Day. I'm going for the ceiling, no offense to Landers Nolley.

Damian Dunn, Temple ($7,700)

Leading scorer Khalif Battle was dismissed from the team back on February 16. Since then, Dunn has taken over where Battle left off. He averaged 20.1 points per game down the stretch for the Owls. The volume is there and Dunn still puts up good peripheral numbers. Dunn's best game of that run came against the Bearcats when he threw in 34 points in 42 minutes. That likely won't happen again, but even if he hits 20, that's more than halfway to what we need from him.

Bruce Thornton, Ohio State ($5,800)

How do you fade Thornton right now? He has 57.25 DraftKings points in the first two games of the Big Ten(14) Tournament. He cleared 25 DraftKings points in four of the last five games of the season. The Buckeyes are a young team that is getting hot at the right time. Thornton appears to be at the center of that. The Buckeyes have won four of those five games since Thornton started piling up points.

Jahvon Quinerly, Alabama ($5,100)

It has been a rough season for Quinerly as he has had issues getting minutes on a very talented team. To make matters worse, he was struggling when he did get minutes. Quinerly was instrumental in the comeback win over Arkansas at the end of February and hasn't looked back. He came up big against Auburn as well and did what he could in the loss to A&M. Quinerly has 92.5 DraftKings points over the last three games. He has made it impossible for the Tide to take him out of the lineup. I'm all over that for this price!

Also consider: Marcus Sasser, Houston ($8,800); A.J. Hoggard, Michigan State ($8,100); Santiago Vescovi, Tennessee ($7,800); Cam Spencer, Rutgers ($7,100); Tramon Mark, Houston ($6,800); Jaden Walker, East Carolina ($6,400); Jaden Akins, Michigan State ($5,500); Jahlil White, Temple ($5,000); Brandon Newman, Purdue ($4,100); Derek Simpson, Rutgers ($3,200)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Zach Edey, Purdue ($11,300)

Fade at your own risk. The guy is averaging 45.2 DraftKings points per game this year and that's after the clunker against Illinois to close out the regular season. In all fairness, he had some first-half foul trouble in that one. That's not common. Edey has only had three fouls in a game three times since February 1 and hasn't had four in a game since before Thanksgiving. Rutgers did a solid job on Edey at the beginning of January, but that was mostly because of Mawot Mag, who is now out for the season. Edey is in for a big game here.

Joey Hauser, Michigan State ($7,600)

Sparty just got done with Ohio State last weekend to end the regular season. Hauser put up 27.5 DraftKings points in that six-point win in East Lansing. Hauser is mostly a scorer, but he has scored in double figures in every game since the end of January, including 16 or more in three straight and six of the last seven. Hauser has hit value enough at this price to trust him.

Julian Phillips, Tennessee ($5,200)

The freshman is seeing more minutes with Zakai Zeigler out of commission and is starting to become more comfortable in the offense. Phillips isn't one of the top options, but he is an efficient shooter and is strong on the boards. That's good enough for me if he's going to continue to play well over half the game.

Tobe Awaka, Tennessee ($4,000)

Awaka is a high-energy bench guy who eats rebounds. He has 23 rebounds in just 45 minutes over the last three games. He usually plays more than he did yesterday against Ole Miss, but the Vols didn't need him. They should need him here against Missouri. Expect about a board every 1.5 minutes out of Awaka, which can pile up DraftKings points in a hurry.

Also consider: Tolu Smith, Mississippi State ($8,600); Brice Sensabaugh, Ohio State ($7,900); D.J. Jeffries, Mississippi State ($6,400); Ezra Ausar, East Carolina ($6,000); Noah Carter, Missouri ($5,500); Mady Sissoko, Michigan State ($3,800)
