DraftKings Lineup Picks & Sleepers (6/14/17): MLB DFS Advice

Wednesday is broken down into two slates, but there are only three games on the early slate. There are not enough options in only three games to comfortably make a team, so this article will focus on the later slate, which features 11 games.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 6/14/17. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on DraftKings.

You can read our FanDuel DFS lineup picks as well. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up on Twitter @BalesSJustin.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target on DraftKings

Minnesota Twins vs Sam Gaviglio

The Twins have been struggling a bit recently, but they are at their best at home against right-handed pitching. They come with more power as an offense in Minnesota, and they get a good matchup against Gaviglio. He has looked good with a 2.79 ERA through six games, but he has struggled with a 1.9 HR/9 this season. The Twins are -141 favorites in a game set at 10.5 runs, which gives them the highest team total of the slate. They can be stacked in all leagues.

Houston Astros vs Andrew Cashner

The Astros have cooled down a bit over the last week, but they are still one of the best offenses in the MLB. They're averaging more than 4.0 runs per game at home this season. Houston gets a good matchup against Cashner, who has struggled against the Astros in a pair of games this season. They are currently a -148 favorite in a game set at 9.5 runs tonight, and they're a high upside stacking option tonight.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider on DraftKings

Corey Kluber - vs LAD ($12,500)

Kluber has struggled quite a bit this season, but he has looked outstanding in four of his last five games. Through eight total starts, he has a 5-2 record, 4.38 ERA, and 10.8 K/9. He gets a decent matchup against the Dodgers tonight, and Kluber has seemingly found his groove as of late. He's a -150 favorite in a game set at only 8 runs, and he's the top pitching option on the slate tonight.

Michael Pineda - at LAA ($11,100)

It makes sense to pay up for pitching tonight, and Pineda is one of the top options. He has struggled on the road a bit this season, but he has a 7-3 record, 3.39 ERA, and 9.4 K/9 through 12 starts. He gets a solid matchup against the Angels, who have struggled as an offense at times this season. Pineda is a -131 favorite in a game set at 8 runs, and he can be used in all leagues tonight.

DFS Infielders to Consider on DraftKings

Catcher (C)

Russell Martin - vs TB ($3,100)

Martin has been a consistent option recently, as he has an OBP over .400 over his last 10 games. He also comes with solid upside, especially at home, where he is hitting over .300 this season. He gets a decent matchup against Jake Odorizzi, and Martin is a salary relief option that can be used in all leagues.

First Base (1B)

Yuli Gurriel - vs TEX ($3,600)

Gurriel has certainly cooled off a bit recently, but he's still hitting over .300 with good upside over his last 10 games. He is an extremely powerful player, and he gets a solid matchup against Andrew Cashner. He has a hard-hit rate of 42% over the last two weeks, and he's a great option in all leagues tonight.

Second Base (2B)

Wilmer Flores - vs CHC ($3,300)

Flores has quietly been on fire for the Mets recently, as he's hitting over .350 with great power over his last 10 games. He also has a 41% hard-hit rate over the last two weeks. Flores is a significantly better hitter against left-handed pitching, and he gets a matchup against Mike Montgomery tonight. He's a great option in all leagues.

Shortstop (SS)

Tim Anderson - vs BAL ($3,300)

Anderson has been struggling over his last 10 games, but his upside in undeniable. He has a great blend of power and speed, and he gets a good matchup against Dylan Bundy tonight. Anderson has also been a much better hitter at home this season, and he's a high upside tournament option on this slate.

Third Base (3B)

Josh Donaldson - vs TB ($4,700)

Donaldson has been dealing with injuries for most of the season, but he has caught fire over the last 10 games. Over that span, he's hitting over .350 with elite power. He gets a good matchup against Jake Odorizzi in a hitter friendly stadium tonight, and Donaldson has been playing well enough to be used in all leagues.

DFS Outfielders to Consider on DraftKings

Aaron Judge - at LAA ($5,600)

There is no reason to avoid Judge at this point. He's hitting over .400 with tremendous power and decent speed over his last 10 games. He isn't going to come cheap, but he has the power to hit multiple home runs in any stadium in the MLB, and he gets a good matchup against Matt Shoemaker tonight. Judge can safely be used in all leagues tonight.

Daniel Nava - at BOS ($3,500)

Nava has looked great when given the opportunity to play this season. He's hitting over .450 over his last 10 games, and he brings decent power to the table. He gets a good matchup against Brian Johnson in a hitter friendly stadium, as well. Nava is still fairly cheap, and he can be used in all leagues tonight.
