DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (12/14/23): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

Kawhi Leonard, Los Angeles Clippers

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on December 14th, 2023. Dawn Tepper provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Happy Thursday, RotoBallers! Tonight, we've got a larger-than-usual Thursday night slate featuring seven games. We know of some players out for tonight's slate, including Lauri Markkanen, while we are waiting on updates for others, including Paul George and Jaylen Brown.

We have several close, high-scoring games tonight, including Minnesota at Dallas, Oklahoma at Sacramento (Damontis Sabonis, anyone?), and Golden State at the Los Angeles Clippers. With Draymond Green being out indefinitely, we should be able to find value with the Warriors and a team that will want to win for their teammate in a show of support. It's going to be a fascinating night of basketball!

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 11/9/23. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:30 PM EST.

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

James Harden, PG, LAC vs. GSW ($8,200 DK, $8,100 FD)

If there is no Paul George tonight, that leaves plenty of minutes for James Harden, who is playing at home against a Warriors team without Draymond Green. The Harden trade is finally seeming like a good one (I know, we'll see), and with extra usage and a price of just over 8k on DK, I don't know how you don't roster Harden tonight.

Luka Doncic, PG, DAL vs. MIN ($11,900 DK, $12,600 FD)

Still no Kyrie Irving means Luka is once again a favorite on tonight's slate. At almost 12k on DraftKings, he'll be one of the highest-priced players on tonight's slate, but we know that Luka can drop a 70-burger on any given night, let alone when he's without Irving. Speaking of without Irving, the Mavs are on a four-game winning streak without Kyrie.

Will they make it a five-game winning streak after tonight? Unclear, but what is clear is what Luka can do without Irving on the floor, and even at almost 12k on DraftKings, he's worth the spend-up.

Also Consider: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, ($10,500 DK; $11,40 FD); Collin Sexton ($5,700 DK, $5,400 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Jonathan Kuminga, SF/PF, GSW @ LAC ($5,400 DK, $5,000 FD)

No Draymond tonight or, for the foreseeable future, means more Kuminga going forward. His price will go up, but for tonight, he's still a good value. With Green off the floor this year, Kuminga is scoring .94 fantasy points per minute, and in 52 games without Green, Kuminga has averaged 13.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists. Get him while his price is under 6k; it won't be for long.

Simone Fontecchio, PF, UTA vs. POR ($5,100 DK, $5,000 FD- SF only)

With Lauri Markkenen and John Collins ruled out for the Jazz, that will leave space for Fontecchio, who has played at least 30 minutes in his last three out of five games. In last night's game against the Knicks, he played 31 minutes and scored 15 points. He and Olynyk have been playing well together, and that should continue tonight against Portland.

Also Consider: Talen Horton-Tucker, ($6,600 DK; $5,300 FD); Dante Exum, ($6,600 DK; $7,000 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Domantas Sabonis, C, SAC vs. OKC ($9,300 DK, $9,600 FD)

Sacramento at OKC is one of the highest-scoring games on the slate, and Sabonis under 10k on both DraftKings and Fanduel is too good to pass up. The Thunder play at one of the highest paces in the league and are the third-highest in opponent rebounds allowed at 14.3 per game. It's Sabonis SZN in Sacramento tonight!

Kawhi Leonard, PF, LAC vs. GSW ($8,700 DK, $9,000 FD)

With Paul George most likely out and Kawhi Leonard under 9k on DraftKings, Leonard is another player too good to pass up. Golden State has allowed 121 points per game over the last three games, and without Draymond Green defending Leonard, our favorite laughing forward should continue his hot scoring streak against the Warriors at home tonight.

Also Consider: Kelly Olynyk ($5,300 DK; $5,300 FD)
