DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (10/29/23)Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

Keegan Murray - NBA DFS Picks, Daily Fantasy Basketball Rankings, Injury News - rotoballer icon

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 10/29/23. Lance Roberson provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Coming into Sunday, the NBA has six games slated. The two games that stick out are the Milwaukee Bucks vs. the Atlanta Hawks and the Denver Nuggets vs. the Oklahoma City Thunder. However, you won't find the Nuggets-Thunder game on the main slate as that one is slated for a 3:30 EST tipoff.

Stephen Curry (left foot soreness) and Khris Middleton (right knee injury management) are the notable injuries on Sunday.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 10/29/23. Remember to monitor the NBA injury report as the slate can completely change before the lineup locks at 7:00 pm EST. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Damian Lillard, MIL vs. ATL – PG ($9,600 DK, $9,800 FD)

On the heels of his 37-point performance vs. the Philadelphia 76ers, Damian Lillard has an even greater chance at making a mark vs. the woeful defense of the 0-2 Atlanta Hawks. While the Hawks have a few deterrents at the rim in Clint Capela and Onyeka Okungwu, Trae Young offers virtually no resistance on defense. I could see Lillard for another 30-piece.

Tyrese Maxey, POR at PHI – SG ($7,900 DK, $8,500 FD)

Without the painfully predictable dribble-dribble-dribble attack of James Harden, the Philadelphia 76ers have a fresh approach to the guard position in Tyrese Maxey. In a potential All-Star campaign, expect to see Maxey near the top of DFS fantasy lineups. Aside from Maxey's star potential influencing such a pick, the 76ers face a lottery-bound team in the Western Conference.

Malaki Branham, SAS at LAC - SG/SF ($3,600 DK, $3,900 FD)

Admittedly, selecting Malaki Branham is purely a wild card pick for DFS. Although Branham had a few standout moments in the San Antonio Spurs' road to Victor Wembanyama season, he hasn't started off with the same flair as his sophomore campaign. For a cheaper option, mainly filler for your lineup, the potential for a high-scoring game makes for an intriguing pick as the young guard scored 20+ points on 10 separate occasions.

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Tobias Harris, POR at PHI - SF ($6,900 DK, $6,400 FD)

Talk about Phili special, as I pick three 76ers to represent today's edition of DFS lineup picks. Considering Philadelphia is playing the lottery-bound Portland Trail Blazers, it seems like a great time for Tobias Harris to capitalize on the advantageous matchup. Without Harden, Harris' spot as the third option on offense is solidified. Aside from offense, the 17.5 point-averaging forward is coming off a two-block performance vs. the Toronto Raptors.

Moses Moody, HOU at GSW - SG/SF ($4,000 DK, $4,400 FD)

Only two games into the season, and Moses Moody is playing like a fantasy sleeper. Recording an outstanding 4-7 mark from distance, it's apparent Moody is taking advantage of the space provided by Stephen Curry. While the outside shooting helps immensely, Moody's defense provides comfort in affecting the game in multiple ways. Averaging three steals in Golden State's first two games, the third-year prospect has a chance to have a breakout campaign.

Keegan Murray, SAC vs. LAL - SF/PF ($5,300 DK, $6,400 FD)

Murray is off to a great start in his sophomore campaign. He has upped his scoring and rebounding so far, while also blocking 3 shot and coming up with 3 steals in his first two games.

The versatile stretch four has a fantasy-friendly game and is still too cheap for this matchup with the Lakers tonight.

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Joel Embiid, POR at PHI – C ($10,700 DK)

Leaving the reigning league MVP on the bench, especially vs. the fun-but-not-good Trail Blazers, seems criminal. Despite Deandre Ayton's inflated self-worth, Embiid has the absolute advantage vs. the young center. In seven games vs. Ayton, Embiid averages 36 points and 13.9 rebounds, making for an absolute no-brainer pick for DFS.

Zach Collins, SA at LAC - PF/C ($5,800 DK, $6,600 FD)

The incredibly versatile game of Collins has fit well next to the young superstar Wembanyama. He's not going to score a lot of points, but he can contribute across the board in other areas as he already is averaging 5.5 assists and 3.5 steals/blocks.
