We have a smaller four game NBA slate to get us through this hump day and there are some interesting options across the board. Not a ton of injuries as of right now, so lineup construction should be pretty straight forward, which could make it difficult to get some of the bigger name players into the same lineup.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/14/18.

DraftKings DFS Guards
Terry Rozier - PG, BOS vs WAS (DK - $7,100)
With Kyrie Irving going out with an injury, we will see Rozier slotted into the starting role. When Irving is off the court this season, Rozier has a usage rate sitting at 23%, while averaging 0.98 fantasy points per minute. Really solid production out of a backup, and with his minutes likely locked in, he makes and interesting cash game option. I will note that, his price has increased $1.5 since Tuesday, when we got the Irving injury news. There is some merit to fading him, since he will likely be very popular on this slate. He has scored 20 DraftKings points or more in each of his last 10 games, and is now up against the Wizards, who are giving up 45 DK points per game to point guards.
Jonathon Simmons - SG, ORL vs MIL (DK - $5,900)
We know that Aaron Gordon has already been ruled out for tonight's game due to concussion issues, which puts Simmons in a great spot. He has scored 34 DraftKings points or more in two straight games, and we should be in for much of the same tonight, since he is averaging 0.88 fantasy points per minute when Gordon is off the court. Simmons has a usage rate sitting at 26%, and will be up against the Bucks, who are giving up 40 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards. He isn't too expensive, and will likely see plenty of playing time.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Kevin Durant - SF, GS vs LAL (DK - $11,400)
Durant is the most expensive player on the slate tonight, and is looking to be one of the best options to pay up for. He is up against the Lakers tonight, who he has absolutely crushed this season, so let's take a look. Durant has played the Lakers three times this season, where he has averaged 40 minutes per game, and 61 DraftKings points in those games. Amazing production from the star, but it should be noted, that two of those three games went to overtime, and two of the those game the Warriors didn't have Curry, so Durant's usage would be increased in those games. Still think he is in a great spot since the Lakers are giving up 42 DK points per game to small forwards, which is fifth worst in the league.
Kelly Olynyk - PF, MIA @ SAC (DK - $5,800)
Olynyk has scored 23 or more DraftKings points in six straight games, and is now up against the Kings, who are giving up 48 DraftKings points per game to power forwards. Olynyk certainly isn't the more exciting option in NBA DFS, but he has shown some solid consistency of late, and has a great matchup in front of him. Olynyk is averaging 1.02 fantasy points per game this season, which is strong for his price, and can slot into really any lineup.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Javale McGee - C, GS vs LAL (DK - 3,900)
McGee is in a spot to see a bit more playing time and potential get the start since Draymond Green has been ruled out. When Green is off the court, McGee has a 19% usage rate, and is averaging 1.02 fantasy points per minute. That is super strong production out of a player under $4K, making him a very interesting value option. This game doesn't have an over-under set, but it will likely be on the higher end, making this a good spot to target some players.
