Justin Bales highlights the top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for 1/30/16. These are the top value and sleeper plays for your DraftKings NBA DFS lineups.

Last night had a few great elite options, including Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, and James Harden, but Boogie Cousins returns to action tonight. If you haven't seen him play recently, I would recommend taking the time to watch one of his games.

In this article, I will be providing you with daily fantasy NBA lineup picks for DraftKings on 1/30/16. The DFS picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

Without wasting anymore time, let's get down to it!

DraftKings DFS Point Guards

Jrue Holiday (vs BKN, $7,100)

Holiday has been on fire recently, averaging 23.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 8.7 assists, and 2.0 steals (46.25 fantasy points) per game over his last three games. He gets a great matchup against the Nets, who have really struggled defensively this season, and Holiday can be used in all leagues. He’ll gain more value if Tyreke Evans, who is currently questionable, is ruled out. If that happens, Holiday will essentially become a must start. If Evans if playing, Holiday is still safe enough for all leagues.

George Hill (vs DEN, $5,200)

Hill hasn’t been playing all that well this season, as he’s only averaging 12.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.3 steals in 39 games. He does have great upside, though, as he has scored 30+ fantasy points in three of his last six contests. Hill gets a great matchup against the Nuggets tonight, who love to push the pace in games, and have struggled on defense this season. The Nuggets also turn the ball over quite a bit, which can only help Hill tonight. He isn’t safe enough for cash games, but he can be used in GPPs.

DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards

James Harden (vs WAS, $10,100)

Harden has been on fire, aside from a poor performance against the Spurs, in which he only played 28 minutes because it was a blowout. His price should be significantly higher than it is, as Harden is one of the best fantasy players in the NBA when he’s on fire. He gets a great matchup against the Wizards, who have been one of the worst teams in the NBA against the shooting guard this season. Harden is one of very few elite options on this slate, and he can be used in all leagues.

Gary Harris (at IND, $4.600)

Harris has been playing well recently, but his price doesn’t adjust to that. This is his sixth consecutive game he has been priced at $4,600, and he scored 25+ fantasy points in three of his last four games. Every now and then, he struggles, but he’s playing big minutes for the Nuggets, and he has good upside. He gets a good matchup against a fast paced Indiana team, and Harris has already scored 27.5 fantasy points against them once this season. Harris can be used in all leagues on the smaller slate.

DraftKings DFS Small Forwards

Kawhi Leonard (at CLE, $8,200)

Leonard’s price is down a bit because the Spurs have been dominating teams, and Leonard is only averaging 26.0 minutes per game over the last 10 days. Tonight, he gets a great matchup against the Cavs, who will likely be able to keep this game close, and they have been playing at a much faster pace since their coaching change. Leonard nearly scored 50 fantasy points against the Cavs earlier this season, and it wouldn’t be surprising if he does that tonight. Still the Spurs have blown out some surprising teams, and he’s best suited for GPPs.

Jeff Green (vs SAC, $5,000)

Green was recently moved to the bench, but he’s still playing big minutes, and he brings plenty of upside to the table. His price is still fairly low, and he has scored 29.25 and 47.5 fantasy points in his last two games. He’s a player that can light up the scoreboard, and he gets a great matchup against the Kings, who have allowed scorer’s to post some huge lines against them this season. Green isn’t consistent enough to be used in cash games, but he has tremendous upside for his price on a small slate, and he’s a great tournament option tonight.

DraftKings DFS Power Forwards

DeMarcus Cousins (at MEM, $11,400)

This price tag isn’t going to come cheap, but there is no reason to avoid Boogie tonight. He’s averaging 34.5 points, 12.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.7 blocks, and 1.2 steals (60.3 fantasy points) over the last 10 days, which includes a game in which he only scored 28.25 fantasy points. Aside from that terrible game, Cousins has been extremely consistent, while flashed tremendous upside. This is a tough matchup against the Grizzlies, but Cousins is matchup proof, and he can be used in all leagues.

Ryan Anderson (vs BKN, $6,900)

Anderson’s value is based on the health of Anthony Davis, who is currently questionable with a concussion. If Davis is out, Anderson quickly becomes a must start. In his last start for Davis, Anderson played 40 minutes and scored 36 points with 9 rebounds and 4 assists. He gets a great matchup against the Nets tonight, who have struggled on defense this season. If Davis is starting, Anderson is more or less a GPP only option.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Myles Turner (vs DEN, $5,300)

Turner has given the Pacers no choice but to give him minutes because of how well he has been playing. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 18.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks in only 26.6 minutes per game. He’s an extremely athletic player, who will be able to keep up with the pace of the Nuggets tonight. Turner’s price is certainly on the rise, but he has scored 25+ fantasy points in six consecutive games, and he can be used in all leagues tonight.
