DraftKings Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (5/6/16): MLB DFS Advice

Justin Bales highlights the top daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for 5/6/16. These are the top value and sleeper plays for your DraftKings MLB DFS lineups.

We have some serious pitching throwing tonight, as both Noah Syndergaard and Madison Bumgarner will be taking the mound in plus matchups. It's going to be a fun night to watch some great arms.

Well, let's get down to it!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for DraftKings on 5/6/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on DraftKings.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target on DraftKings

Milwaukee BrewersThe Brewers offense has been hot recently, as they have multiple players with double digit fantasy point potential. They get a great matchup against Adleman, who looked good in his first start. They are best suited for GPPs, though.

Cincinnati RedsIt wouldn't be a bad idea to stack this game, as both teams have loads of upside. The Reds have been hot recently, and they get a great matchup against Cravy tonight. The Reds are the safer of the two stacks.

San Francisco GiantsThe Giants have one of the best offenses in the MLB, but they have been struggling at times this season. They get a great matchup against Bettis, who has looked fairly good this season. The Giants are best suited for GPPs tonight.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider on DraftKings

Noah SyndergaardSyndergaard has looked great this season, aside from his game against the Giants. He gets a significantly easier matchup against the Padres, who have one of the worst offenses in the MLB. Syndergaard will also be throwing in one of the biggest stadiums, and he can be used in all leagues.

Madison BumgarnerBumgarner hasn't been throwing as well as some expected this season, but he still has looked good. He's an elite pitcher at home, and he gets a good matchup against the Rockies. Bumgarner can be used in all leagues, but I have Syndergaard ranked a slight tick higher than Bumgarner.

DFS Infielders to Consider on DraftKings

Catcher (C)

Welington CastilloCastillo has been hitting extremely well recently, as he's hitting for over a .350 average over his last 10 games. He gets a good matchup against Blair tonight, and Castillo has tremendous upside tonight.

First Base (1B)

Joey VottoVotto's numbers don't look great this season, but they will likely be on the rise soon, as Votto has a good hard hit rate in the beginning of the season. He gets a great matchup against Cravy, and he can be used in all leagues.

Second Base (2B)

Robinson CanoCano isn't going to come cheap, but he has been on fire recently. He gets a matchup in a hitter friendly stadium, and he also gets a great matchup against Fister. Cano can be used in all leagues tonight.

Shortstop (SS)

Zack CozartAt this point, there isn't a reason to avoid Cozart in DFS. His price isn't all that high, and he has been on fire this season. He has good power, and he gets a good matchup against Cravy tonight. Cozart is a great option at shortstop.

Third Base (3B)

Eduardo NunezNunez has an OBP of over .400 on the season, which is outstanding. He has also displayed good speed, but he lacks a bit of power. He gets a good matchup against Latos, who I'm expecting to start regressing soon. Nunez is a great cash games play, and can also be used in a few tournaments.

DFS Outfielders to Consider on DraftKings

Ryan BraunI never thought I'd be recommending Ryan Braun when he's the most expensive OF on the slate, but that is the case tonight. He has been on fire recently, and he has displayed both consistency and upside. He can be used in all leagues you can fit him.

Ian DesmondDesmond has been playing the outfield for the Rangers this season, and he has looked great at the plate recently. He's hitting over .300 in his last 10 games, and he has been a consistent player with great upside. His price tag isn't out of control yet, and he can be used in all leagues.

Brandon DruryThis price tag is confusing, as Drury has looked great this season, and he's nearly the minimum price. He gets a great matchup against Blair, and he has displayed great power recently. He can be used in all leagues.
