Daily Fantasy Golf DraftKings Picks (PGA DFS): Wells Fargo Championship

Cameron Smith and Jonas Blixt won the team-event Zurich Classic in the fourth-playoff hole over team Kevin Kisner and Scott Brown. Team Smith-Blixt only bogeyed one time throughout the tournament, an astonishing accomplishment.

I'll be looking to continue my winning ways and most importantly, stay atop the PGA Expert leaderboard. I will be providing you with my DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks for the Wells Fargo Championship.

My goal as always is to help put together your optimal daily fantasy golf lineups. Additionally, if anyone has lineup questions before the start of the tournament Thursday morning, feel free to contact me via Twitter @Seth_Fink.

Reviewing Last Week's Pick

No column last week because of the team format.

Wells Fargo Championship

The Wells Fargo Championship has been played at Quail Hollow Club since the tournament debuted in 2003, but not this year. Quail Hollow is playing host to the PGA Championship, so Eagle Point Golf Club in Wilmington will host the tournament. The course is a par 72, 7,259 yards long. From what I've been reading about this course; it's the Par 5's are reachable in two, while the Par 3's an Par 4's are a tad long. The rough is three inches long, which is pretty thick. There is one massive Par-5; the fourth hole is around 640 yards, which is the second-longest on tour.

Players who can hit the ball far, can make birdies, and are good from the rough, should be targeted. Dustin Johnson makes his return after injuring himself at The Masters. James Hahn ($6.300) is the defending champion.

High Cost Players - Fantasy Golf Lineup Picks for DraftKings (PGA DFS)

Dustin Johnson's price ($13,000) is exorbitant. Especially for a player coming off a long layoff like he is. I think he will be highly-owned and therefore I will stay away. The second-highest priced player is Jon Rahm ($11,000). I don't have a good gut feeling about him this week.. For my high-priced players, I will go with Patrick Reed ($9,800) and Webb Simpson ($9,700). Reed looks to have turned his game around last week at the Zurich Classic. Him and his partner, Patrick Cantlay, finished at 17-under, T-14. Simpson is one of the two players who is a member at Eagle Point Golf Club, along with Carl Pettersson. Simpson has a better idea of how to attack this course than any other player, simply because he's a member.

Middle Cost Players - Fantasy Golf Lineup Picks for DraftKings (PGA DFS)

Lucas Glover ($8,600)

He's 31st in birdie or better percentage T-3 in greens in regulation. Him and his partner, Chez Reavie, made the cut, but did not finish the tournament at the Zurich Classic this past week. He's 7/8 in cuts made on the year and finished T-32 at the RBC Heritage two weeks ago.

Kevin Kisner ($8,400)

He finished runner-up at the Zurich Classic to continue his great season. He finished T-11 at the RBC Heritage, was runner-up at the Arnold Palmer Invt'l, and 11th at the WGC-Mexico. He has not missed a cut all season and is 37th in birdie or better percentage and 79th in GIR.

Daniel Berger ($8,300)

Berger and his partner, Thomas Pieters, went 4-under through the first two rounds of the Zurich Classic failing to make the cut. Berger finished T-27 at The Masters and 5th at the Houston Open prior to that. He's 14th in birdie or better percentage and 78th in GIR.

Low Cost Players - Fantasy Golf Lineup Picks for DraftKings (PGA DFS)

Shane Lowry ($6,900)

I was shocked seeing his name this low. He hasn't had the greatest season, but he's still an above-average golfer. He's 36th in birdie or better percentage and 45th in GIR. I think we found the dark-horse of the tournament.

Carl Pettersson ($6,200)

A member of this course. He''ll have an enormous advantage.

Best of luck!
