BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team PPR Leagues
ROSTERED: 50% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: I'm glad Cole Beasley's rostership is just 50% at the time of this writing, as just one more percentage point would have kept him out of my WW-target list. I'm already sad, though, because there is no way he remains available one in half of Yahoo! leagues one week from now, even with Buffalo going on its bye in Week 11.
I've always loved Beasley, and Beasley has more often than not returned that love back to me. Sure, he's had a couple of meh games in Weeks 8 and 9 (4.4 and 6.9 PPR points), but other than that he's averaged 14.0 points prior to those two matches, and he had his season-high this past Sunday reaching 27.9 PPR points.
Beasley's equation is simple: feed Cole, enjoy Cole. The two times Beasley has been targeted more than 7 times this season he's scored 22.2 and 27.9 fantasy points. In three other games with 7 targets, he finished averaging 13.4. Only in the low-volume ones, he did struggle. Beasley just knows how to get the job done when asked to.
John Brown was forced out of yesterday's game in the fourth quarter with a banged-up ankle. He has dealt with injuries all year long, and although he might be back with the team in Week 12, the situation calls for monitoring. Even with him on the field, Beasley still had his season-high in targets, so if Brown misses time Cole Beasley could turn into a sure thing as any other out there. Great weekly FLEX play with upside for WR2 points worth adding in any 12+ team league.
