Quincy Milton III - RotoBaller

I am a diehard sports fan with a serious love for the Seattle Seahawks. However, I am a fan of all Seattle sports including the Kraken and the Mariners. I grew up around sports playing basketball, football, and lacrosse growing up. I went on to play lacrosse in college in Massachusetts and I have settled into the New England region for the time being. To this day I receive grief in New England about the infamous 1-yard line interception in the Super Bowl. Outside of sports I enjoy everything that has to do with the outdoors. Staying active is a big part of who I am and that manifests itself in sports and the outdoors for myself.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba A High-Risk, High-Reward Player In Week 5

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba has been a two-faced player in 2024. He has two games with 12 or more targets with 13.1 fantasy points in each of those games. He also has two games with three or less targets with 6.9 or less fantasy points in each of those games. His inconsistency makes […]

Jason Myers Should Bounce Back In Week 5

Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers had a tough day in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions. Myers missed a long field of 62 yards at the end of the first half and only kicked three extra points to make up for it. It is not every day that kickers attempt career long field goals at […]

Geno Smith Continues His Trend As A QB2 With QB1 Upside In Week 5

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith is a solid play at quarterback in Week 5. He is coming off a game in which he threw for 395 yards and a touchdown. A late interception dampened the day, but the output was huge. Smith has thrown for exactly one touchdown in all four games this season. This […]

Noah Fant Continues To Remain Off The Fantasy Radar

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant (toe) continues to stay off the fantasy radar. After a big Week 3 in which Fant caught six passes for 60 yards, he was back to his usual two catches per game in Week 4. Fant is far from his days in Denver when he was a high-end fantasy […]

Tyler Lockett A Flex Option In Week 5

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (thigh) finds himself in the flex conversation once again in Week 5. Lockett has earned at least seven targets in three of four games this season and that volume will keep him fantasy relevant. Unfortunately, Lockett has only cleared 61 yards in one game. He also has yet to […]

DK Metcalf A WR1 In Week 5

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (hand) has been nothing short of excellent in 2024. Metcalf has 24 receptions for 366 yards and two touchdowns this season. He has dominated three weeks in a row with over 100 receiving yards. The New York Giants are the No. 14 team against opposing wide receivers but there […]

Kenneth Walker III A Top-10 Play In Week 5

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III (oblique) is coming off a huge three-touchdown performance against the Detroit Lions in Week 4. What is even more impressive is that Walker had not played in two weeks and immediately regained his starting job as a workhorse running back. This coaching regime loves Walker, and his stronghold […]

Seahawks D/ST Should Have A Nice Day Against Giants

The Seattle Seahawks defense/special teams is headed into a matchup against the New York Giants in Week 5. The Giants will be playing without star rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers (concussion) who has meant everything to this offense. Running back Devin Singletary (groin) may not play in this game either, however, he did manage to […]

2024 NFL QB Power Rankings: All 32 Starting Quarterbacks for Week 5

The elite quarterbacks are starting to separate themselves from the pack in 2024. The usual names remain near the top; however, young guns such as Jayden Daniels continue to surge up the power rankings. Even as the elite players remain near the top, they are not invincible to the loss of star skill players. Most […]

Browns Release Gary Brightwell

The Cleveland Browns released running back Gary Brightwell on Tuesday. Brightwell had played in the team's past two games primarily as a special teams player. He did not record any statistics. The 26-year-old has not played many offensive snaps in his career. He joined the Browns in 2024 after spending his first three seasons with […]

Rico Dowdle's Role Expanding As Cowboys Main Running Back

Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle has seen his touches steadily outpace Ezekiel Elliott and Deuce Vaughn in 2024, especially over the last three weeks. Dowdle has also far and away seen the higher snap share of the trio this season. Most importantly, Dowdle has been the most effective running back for the Cowboys in […]

Drake Maye May Be Ready To Start But Jacoby Brissett Remains The Starter

The Athletic's Chad Graff stated on Tuesday that conversations with New England Patriots players and head coach Jerod Mayo indicate that the team believes rookie quarterback Drake Maye is ready to be an NFL starter. However, Jacoby Brissett remains the starter in New England due to the lack of talent in the Patriots' offense. The […]

Dolphins To Open Practice Window For Odell Beckham Jr.

Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel announced that the team will open the 21-day practice window for wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (undisclosed). Beckham was placed on the physically unable to perform list with an undisclosed injury following the preseason. He will now have 21 days to practice with the team and return to the […]

Ray-Ray McCloud III Limited On Tuesday

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III (ankle) was limited in practice on Tuesday. His participation in practice signals that he should be on track to play in Thursday night's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. McCloud has been a steady contributor for the Falcons in 2024. He has caught 15 passes for 163 yards […]

Jalen McMillan And Trey Palmer Log DNPs On Tuesday

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receivers Jalen McMillan (hamstring) and Trey Palmer (concussion) did not practice on Tuesday. Both players are significant depth pieces for the Buccaneers at wide receiver. Their lack of participation Tuesday does not bode well for their ability to play on Thursday against the Atlanta Falcons. McMillan already missed Week 4 against […]

Mike Evans Upgrades To Limited In Practice On Tuesday

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (knee, calf) was limited in practice on Tuesday. Evans is trending in the right direction after not participating in practice on Monday. The Buccaneers will need Evans as they head into a divisional clash with the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday. Evans is off to a solid start in […]

Seahawks D/ST Sputters Against The Detroit Lions

The Seattle Seahawks defense/special teams had a tough outing in Week 4. After being one of the top units through the first three weeks of the season, the Seahawks allowed 389 yards and 42 points in Week 4. They also allowed Lions quarterback Jared Goff to go 18/18 through the air. The jury is still […]

Jason Myers Has First Down Game Of 2024

Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers only managed to deliver two fantasy points on Monday night. Myers was 3/3 on extra points. However, Myers' lone field goal attempt came from 62 yards at the end of the first half. The kick would have been a career-high. The Seahawks also scored four touchdowns, but they went for […]

Geno Smith Throws For Almost 400 Yards In Week 4

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith threw for 395 yards and a touchdown in Week 4. He also threw an interception, but he added 38 yards with his legs. Smith's statistical output resulted in 22.6 fantasy points as he continues his solid season. Smith has been consistent in throwing one touchdown in every game in 2024. […]

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Earns 12 Targets In Week 4

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba earned 12 targets against the Detroit Lions on Monday night. Smith-Njigba would finish Week 4 with eight receptions for 51 yards. Smith-Njigba has been wildly inconsistent in 2024. He has two games with 12 or more targets and two games with three or fewer. As such, he has been […]

Tyler Lockett Delivers Flex Value In Week 4

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett caught five passes for 61 yards in Week 4. Lockett continues to be a solid security blanket for quarterback Geno Smith and has hovered around five receptions in most games. He did only manage to draw nine targets to DK Metcalf and Jaxon Smith-Njigba's 12 each. Even so, Lockett […]

DK Metcalf Continues His Strong Start

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf finished Monday night's game with seven receptions for 104 yards. He did lose a fumble in the first half that proved to be costly as the Seahawks were never able to close the one-touchdown gap with the Lions. Metcalf has now gone over 100 yards in three straight games. […]

Kenneth Walker III Erupts For Three Touchdowns

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III had a massive Week 4 upon his return from an oblique injury. Walker rushed for 80 yards and three touchdowns on 12 carries. The starting role was firmly in Walker's hands as he out-touched running back Zach Charbonnet 16 to seven. Walker looked awesome evading Lions defenders and […]

10 Worst QB Performances From Week 4, Including Bo Nix And Daniel Jones

Every week, several quarterbacks fall flat on their faces. While there are 32 starting NFL quarterbacks, there are really only 20 or fewer high-end starters depending on the season. This year has been a strange year in the NFL. Passing numbers continue to be down so it is hard to assess how good or bad […]

Fantasy Football Matchups We Love - Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks for Week 4 Include Josh Allen, Mike Evans, Najee Harris, Aaron Rodgers, more

Week 3 was one of the strangest NFL weeks in recent memory. The scoring was down again. Significant underdogs blew out their opponents. Perhaps most importantly, even more fantasy-relevant players went down to injuries. Given the turmoil in the NFL, it felt like all the Week 3 avoids were rightfully avoided but many of the […]

DK Metcalf Looks To Score In Third Straight Game

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf is on a quest to score in his third straight game. Metcalf has logged at least 104 yards and a touchdown in each of the last two games. He has been a stud in fantasy and currently sits as the WR7. While Metcalf has been a huge red zone […]

Zach Charbonnet A Risky Play In Week 4

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet is a risky play in Week 4. The Seahawks will face the No. 1 defense against opposing running backs when they visit the Detroit Lions. To make matters worse for Charbonnet, fellow running back Kenneth Walker III (oblique) has a chance to play in this game after returning to […]

Geno Smith Should Have Another Start-Worthy Week

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith has a chance for a solid fantasy outing on Monday against the Detroit Lions. The Lions are 18th against opposing quarterbacks in fantasy in 2024. Their secondary has struggled to contain opposing wide receivers all season. The Lions are allowing 216.7 passing yards per game in 2024 and only 76.7 […]

Noah Fant Creeping Into Starting Territory

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant was finally involved in Week 3. After catching three total passes in Weeks 1 and 2, Fant caught six passes for 60 yards in Week 3. He actually has 13 targets on the year which is solid for a tight end. Given the state of the tight end position […]

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Should Return Flex Value In Week 4

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba has been a frustrating player in 2024. Outside of his Week 2 explosion for 23.7 fantasy points, Smith-Njigba has been under seven fantasy points in each of his other two games. It seems as though Smith-Njigba's value may be tied to wide receiver Tyler Lockett. When Lockett has a […]
