Quincy Milton III - RotoBaller

I am a diehard sports fan with a serious love for the Seattle Seahawks. However, I am a fan of all Seattle sports including the Kraken and the Mariners. I grew up around sports playing basketball, football, and lacrosse growing up. I went on to play lacrosse in college in Massachusetts and I have settled into the New England region for the time being. To this day I receive grief in New England about the infamous 1-yard line interception in the Super Bowl. Outside of sports I enjoy everything that has to do with the outdoors. Staying active is a big part of who I am and that manifests itself in sports and the outdoors for myself.

Kareem Hunt Signed To Active Roster

Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt was signed to the active roster on Tuesday. Hunt was signed to the Chiefs' practice squad after the loss of Isiah Pacheco (fibula). While he was inactive in Week 3, he appears to be on track to play in Week 4. Hunt returns to Kansas City after a […]

Seahawks D/ST Continues To Thrive Under Mike Macdonald

The Seattle Seahawks defense/special teams unit scored in double digits once again in Week 3. The Seahawks faced a Miami Dolphins offense missing starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. The Seahawks D/ST finished with six sacks and only allowed three points. The Dolphins' offense managed to make several trips into Seahawks territory, but the Seahawks' defense buckled […]

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Quiet Again In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba had another quiet outing on Sunday. Smith-Njigba caught three passes on three targets for 39 yards. After a huge breakout in Week 2, fantasy managers were hoping for an encore. What is most puzzling is that Smith-Njigba only had three targets after earning 16 in Week 2. The 16 […]

Tyler Lockett With A Flex-Worthy Day In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett finished Week 3 with five receptions for 46 yards. It was a fine flex outing for Lockett who had a quiet day in Week 2. Lockett was Geno Smith's safety valve in this game. He caught several possession catches that either moved the chains or got the Seahawks out […]

DK Metcalf With Another Big Day

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf caught another long touchdown pass in Sunday's win over the Miami Dolphins. Metcalf got behind the defense and was wide open for a 71-yard score. Metcalf would finish the day with four receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown. He has now caught a long touchdown pass in two […]

Zach Charbonnet Scores Twice In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet had a big day filling in for Kenneth Walker III (oblique) on Sunday. Charbonnet rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 16 yards. Most importantly, Charbonnet ran for 5.1 yards per carry after two wildly inefficient outings in Weeks 1 and 2. Charbonnet has […]

Geno Smith Has Shaky Fantasy Outing In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith threw for 289 yards and one touchdown in Week 3. However, Smith threw two unfortunate interceptions. Smith's interceptions were not entirely his fault. Nonetheless, they resulted in negative points for fantasy. Smith ended the day with 13.36 fantasy points. Smith has thrown one touchdown in each game this season. He […]

Jason Myers Misses First Kick Of The Season

Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers missed his first kick of 2024 on Sunday. Myers went 1/2 on field goals and 3/3 on extra points. He finished with seven fantasy points. The Seahawks offense has been in scoring positions all season affording Myers plenty of chances to score. He will look to continue his solid season […]

Leonard Williams Returns To Game

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Leonard Williams (ribs) returned to the game against the Miami Dolphins. After exiting in the first quarter, Williams was announced to be able to return in the second quarter. It is great news for the Seahawks' defense and it will help the offense by extension. The Seahawks D/ST is currently having […]

Justin Herbert Spotted In Walking Boot

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert (ankle) was spotted in a walking boot following the Chargers' loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Herbert entered Week 3 with a high-ankle sprain and aggravated the injury midway through the game. After the game, Herbert did mention that he is hopeful to be able to play in Week 4. […]

Leonard Williams Exits Game Against Dolphins

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Leonard Williams (ribs) exited in the first quarter against the Miami Dolphins. He is officially listed as questionable to return. After heading to the blue tent holding his side, Williams could be seen heading to the locker room. Williams is an important piece of a much improved Seahawks defensive line. In […]

Wanya Morris To Start At Left Tackle For Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs have benched rookie left tackle Kingsley Suamataia in favor of Wanya Morris for their Week 3 game on Sunday night against the Atlanta Falcons. Suamataia struggled in Week 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Bengals pass rusher Trey Hendrickson had his way with the rookie all day. The move may be welcome […]

Fantasy Football Matchups We Love - Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks for Week 3 Include Kyler Murray, Mike Evans, James Conner, Davante Adams, more

Week 2 was a much more normal week with quarterbacks finally putting up solid numbers through the air. As such, fantasy scores were higher. Unfortunately, many tight ends remain nonexistent thus far this season. That is poised to change, but it is certainly worrisome moving forward. Even so, as fantasy football managers, we will continue […]

Zach Charbonnet Checks In As An RB2 In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet is a mid-range RB2 once again this week. With starting running back Kenneth Walker III (oblique) slated to miss his second straight game, Charbonnet is in line for another massive workload. Charbonnet has been pretty ineffective as a runner. He is only averaging 2.3 yards per carry this season. […]

Jaxon Smith-Njigba A WR3/Flex In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba should be a solid fantasy asset in Week 3. His huge breakout game in Week 2 inspires confidence that this new Seahawks regime is committed to getting him the ball. While one week should not fully change your opinion on Smith-Njigba, his 16 targets to Tyler Lockett's two is […]

Geno Smith Continues To Clock In As A QB2 With Spot-Start Potential

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith will be a QB2 in Week 3 but he could be started if you find yourself in a pinch. Smith has scored at least 17.88 fantasy points in both games this season. If you are in a tough spot with an injured Jordan Love (knee) or Tua Tagovailoa (concussion), then […]

Noah Fant Should Remain On Waivers In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant (toe) should not be on the fantasy radar in Week 3. Fant only has three receptions on the season as the new-look Seahawks offense has focused on the running game and wide receivers. With the tight end position performing so poorly in 2024, many fantasy managers are turning to […]

Jason Myers Belongs In Lineups Again In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers continues to excel in the kicking game. He has yet to miss a kick in 2024 and the Seahawks offense continues to be in scoring positions. With the passing offense starting to click, expect more of the same in Week 3. The Dolphins' defense is solid but nothing to fear. […]

Seahawks D/ST A Solid Start In Week 3

Usually, you try to avoid deploying a fantasy defense against the Miami Dolphins. However, with Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) out, Skylar Thompson will be quarterbacking this offense. With a head coach like Mike McDaniel, the Dolphins should be able to effectively move the ball. Even so, there is no denying that the offense will not be […]

Tyler Lockett Ready To Roll In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (thigh) was a full participant in practice on Friday. After logging limited practices earlier in the week, Lockett appears good to go in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins. Lockett had a solid Week 1 on his way to six receptions for 77 yards. However, Lockett took a back […]

Kenny McIntosh Not On Fantasy Radar In Week 3

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenny McIntosh was a non-factor behind Zach Charbonnet in Week 2. While the Seahawks use Charbonnet behind Kenneth Walker III (oblique) when Walker is healthy, Week 2 indicated that Charbonnet will be a true workhorse back when Walker is injured. McIntosh may see a few snaps, but he will not see […]

Tyler Allgeier Limited On Wednesday

Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier (hip) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. Allgeier has been a solid complement to Bijan Robinson in the Falcons' backfield thus far this season. The Falcons' run game was particularly potent in Monday night's victory against the Philadelphia Eagles. Allgeier carried the ball nine times for 53 […]

Josh Downs Practices Wednesday

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (ankle) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Downs had yet to take the field this season due to the injury. After previously stating that he plans to play in Week 3, Downs' official practice participation suggests that that is true. Downs is a talented young receiver for […]

Jordan Addison Absent From Practice Wednesday

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. Addison continues to recover from the ankle injury he suffered in Week 1. Addison had a highly productive rookie year that saw him score ten receiving touchdowns. His sophomore year has not gotten off to the start that many had hoped. If Addison […]

Aaron Jones Limited Wednesday

Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones (hip) was limited in practice on Wednesday. Jones had a solid debut with the Vikings in Week 1 but was less effective in Week 2. He has 126 rushing yards and a touchdown to go along with seven receptions for 51 yards through two games. Jones has been dominant […]

Dameon Pierce Does Not Practice Wednesday

Houston Texans running back Dameon Pierce (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday. The Texans are relatively banged up after their Week 2 game against the Chicago Bears. Starting running back Joe Mixon (ankle) was also a non-participant. Pierce already missed Week 2 after recording three carries for 16 yards in Week 1. He appears to […]

Nico Collins A Non-Participant Wednesday

Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (hip/foot) did not practice on Wednesday. The lack of practice is worrisome considering there was no sign of injury during the Texans' Week 2 game against the Chicago Bears. It is possible that the lack of practice is more maintenance-related. Fantasy managers will need to keep an eye on […]

A.J. Brown Does Not Practice Wednesday

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday. Brown picked up the injury during practice ahead of the Eagles' Week 2 game against the Atlanta Falcons. He has previously stated that the injury would likely cost him "a couple of weeks". As such, the lack of practice activity comes as no […]

Amon-Ra St. Brown Practices Fully On Wednesday

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown (quadriceps) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. St. Brown injured his leg during the Lions' Week 2 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The injury was never considered serious, and it is great to see that St. Brown should not carry any question marks into the […]

2024 NFL QB Power Rankings: All 32 Starting Quarterbacks for Week 3

Good quarterback play was back in Week 2 after a dumbfounding Week 1. Joe Burrow, C.J. Stroud, and Kyler Murray were among the standouts in Week 2. Even so, we are still waiting for an explosion from some of the league's best. Notably, Patrick Mahomes has yet to throw for over 300 yards in a […]
