Russell Knox is striking his irons extremely well so far in 2022. The 36-year-old enters this week second in the field in strokes gained on approach over his last 24 rounds. Iron play will be key this week at PGA National with the large number of hazards in play on the course. Knox is also gaining strokes off the tee, ranking 27th in the field over his last 24 rounds in that category. Despite the tee-to-green numbers, the two-time PGA Tour winner has three straight T33 finishes, largely due to his putter holding him back. If he can putt even marginally against the field this week, he could contend come Sunday. Knox lost in a playoff at this event in 2014.--Matt Miller - RotoBaller
