DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks for 12/1/21 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Mike Marteny offers his DraftKings daily fantasy college basketball sleepers for 12/1/21. His CBB DFS lineup picks and sleepers will help you win on DraftKings.

We've got a monster college basketball slate tonight. With college football winding down, I am going to shift coverage to college basketball as well. Want to see more college basketball DFS pieces on Rotoballer? Go vote on my Twitter poll and let your voice be heard! This seems like a great place to start back up with a massive 12-gamer tonight. The ACC-Big 10(14) challenge is still going on and we start the slate with Virginia Tech heading to College Park and Louisville visiting Spartyville. Memphis heads to Georgia to complete the earlier tips.

The west coast gets involved with the Sun Devils hosting Washington State in an early conference clash. Central Florida heads to Auburn. We have Wichita State heading down to Stillwater to take on Oklahoma State. Florida visits Norman. We have Texas Tech heading out to Providence for a later one on the East coast. We have more Big 10(14)-ACC tilts with Wisconsin in Atlanta to take on Georgia Tech and North Carolina hosting Michigan in a rematch of the 1993 Championship game. Colorado heads out to L.A. to take on the Bruins. We finish this off with Utah also heading to L.A. to take on USC two hours later. This is going to be a fun one!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/1/21 starting at 7:15 pm Eastern. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

Aaron Cook, Georgia ($7,900)

Cook has struggled with his shot lately, but you can blame that on the good defenses of Northwestern, Virginia, and Wofford. He put up 18 points and six assists against Georgia Tech in the game before this cold stretch. The transfer from Southern Illinois opened the season strong for the Bulldogs and against a Memphis team that has had trouble with guards, I like the upside on Cook here, especially when the high-priced guards have tougher matchups.

K.D. Johnson, Auburn ($6,700)

Johnson is cheaper than his backup, Wendell Green. Green started the season, but Johnson has given the Tigers a spark since joining the starting five against UConn. He had an ugly game against Loyola-Chicago, but the Ramblers will do that to you. I'm more intrigued by the strong games against blue bloods Connecticut and Syracuse. Johnson isn't just a scorer. He has 14 steals over the last three games alone! That will rack up the points in a hurry!

Johnny Davis, Wisconsin ($6,100)

Davis has been on a tear lately. He has scored 71 of Wisconsin's 195 points over the last three games. That's more than a third of his team's points! Davis is also a strong rebounder and good defender overall. He is piling up stats in every other category. We need to run him while he's hot. The Wisconsin offense is clearly running through Davis right now.

Nahiem Alleyne, Virginia Tech ($5,600)

Alleyne had big games against both Memphis and Xavier, albeit in losing efforts. His numbers were down to start the season, but you can blame that on the blowout nature of the first two weeks of games for the Hokies. We would like to see more consistent scoring out of Alleyne, but with back-to-back games over 30 DraftKings points, we really can't complain at this price.

Tyson Etienne, Wichita State ($5,000)

The price correction on Etienne is still happening way too slowly. Etienne has 111.5 DraftKings points over the last three games. His slow start is a distant memory already and he is back to being the high-usage monster that Shockers fans are used to. There's not reason not to expect another big game from Etienne. He will be in all of my lineups across the board.

Also consider: Michael Devoe, Georgia Tech ($8,700); Darius Perry, Central Florida ($7,700); Eli Brooks, Michigan ($6,300); Terrence Shannon Jr., Texas Tech ($5,700); Bryce Williams, Oklahoma State ($4,800)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Isaiah Mobley, USC ($8,400)

His brother may be tearing up the NBA for the surging Cleveland Cavaliers, but Isaiah is making a case for himself in L.A. this year. Evan stole the show last year, but little brother is dominating the way that Evan did last year in the early going. Mobley is fantastic on the boards and is finding his rhythm as a scorer. This isn't a great matchup against Utah, but it's good enough to consider Mobley here.

Branden Carlson, Utah ($6,500)

Carlson has been a force for the Utes so far, averaging 15.7 points and 7 rebounds per game. He's a stat sheet stuffer and doesn't rely heavily on points. On paper, USC is a tougher matchup for Carlson. However, I'm not concerned since he puts up so many peripheral stats. Mobley is going to take away some of his rebounds, but Carlson relies mostly on patrolling the rim and dumping in easy buckets. Not many teams have guys that can consistently get shots up over a 7-footer. I don't feel like USC really does either.

Jabari Walker, Colorado ($6,200)

Walker was outstanding for Colorado last year when he could stay healthy. He has been in the early going this year as well and has responded by nearly averaging a double-double in the early going. Evan Battey still has more upside, but Walker isn't as reliant on points and has a safer floor. The 27.2% usage rate isn't something to ignore either. I would go Battey in GPP formats and Walker in cash.

Tyler Wahl, Wisconsin ($4,500)

The Badgers do a lot of ugly winning, and bruisers like Wahl on the inside are a reason why. The Badgers take pride on defense and taking the air out of the ball. Having a guy that is efficient from the floor and can protect the rim like Wahl is integral to their success. If Georgia Tech can speed up the Badgers it could spell trouble, but I'll err on the side of a frustrating Wisconsin team. They play closer to a mid-90's Princeton team than modern teams in college basketball.

Also consider: Jalen Duren, Memphis ($8,600); Colin Castleton, Florida ($8,200); Marcus Bingham Jr. Michigan State ($5,800); Malik Williams, Louisville ($4,900)
