Edmonton Oilers goaltender Mikko Koskinen came extremely close to his first shutout of the season in Saturday's 2-1 win over Vancouver, saving 29 shots before Brock Boeser finally got one past him with seven seconds left in regulation. Koskinen has held down the fort extremely well whilst Mike Smith (lower body) hasn't been available for the team. He boasts a 4-1-0 record for the campaign with a 2.26 goals-against average and a .934 save percentage. Smith is on the cusp of returning to action, but Koskinen has done more than enough to continue as the No. 1 option for now.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
