Los Angeles Kings defenseman Matt Roy is set to carry a much heavier load with Drew Doughty and Sean Walker both out with knee injuries. The 26-year-old will move up to the first power-play unit for Thursday's clash with Winnipeg and should get ready to eat up a lot of minutes. Roy has gone pointless so far this season but has tallied 15 shots, eight hits and 10 blocks across six games. Roy will skate with Olli Maatta in even-strength situations, with the rest of the pairing made up of Mikey Anderson and Tobias Bjornfot, and Alexander Edler and Austin Strand. Jonathan Quick will guard the cage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
