Erik Jones started 22nd on Saturday at Pocono and that is just where he ended after 130 laps. It has been a bit of a theme lately. Jones has not enjoyed much positive place differential other than Sonoma (+7) and Austin (+13). The Richard Petty Motorsports driver briefly broke into the top 15 while others had pitted. After that, he never saw the top 20 again. His car did not have the speed and his pit just could not adjust his lift enough to make a difference.
