J.D. Martinez Gets Rest Day
Boston Red Sox designated hitter J.D. Martinez (rest) is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's matchup against the Miami Marlins. This sounds like a routine day off for the 33-year-old slugger. He had started each of the last four games prior to this matchup. Alex Verdugo will take over as the DH and bat second in this game. He'll be an interesting streaming option and DFS choice since Verdugo has been hitting well lately. Fantasy managers should expect Martinez back in the lineup for their next game.
