DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Lineup Picks for 3/25/21 - Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Mike Marteny offers his DraftKings daily fantasy EuroLeague basketball plays and sleepers for 3/25/21. His EuroLeague DFS lineup picks and sleepers will help you win on DraftKings.

We kick off Round 31 of the EuroLeague this week. That means only four rounds remain in the regular season. Tanking isn't as big of an issue in Europe, but a pattern I have noticed over the last couple of years is that some teams that aren't in playoff contention play more players less minutes while some of the contenders tighten their rotations a bit. This isn't like the NBA though. All of these teams also play in domestic leagues and many are vying for titles there as well. We don't see much of a change down the EuroLeague stretch.

We do have a lot of injuries to keep an eye on before tomorrow morning though. Nikola Milutinov is the only big name that it out. Sergio Llull is still out for Real Madrid. Red Star Belgrade has parted ways with Johnny O'bryant, so he's out of the EuroLeague for the rest of this season. Valencia is expected to have all three of their questionable players available. The only questionable tag that we really need to keep an eye on is Nemanja Nedovic. If he plays it will be in limited capacity, but that's just enough to sap value out of Eleftherios Bochoridis and Shelvin Mack.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy EuroLeague lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/25/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard, forward, and center, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Guards

Jordan Loyd, Belgrade ($11,400)

Two games over 40 DraftKings points have vaulted Loyd's price up another $700. I still like him more than Mike James. This is another good matchup for Belgrade considering Loyd put up 39 DraftKings points on CSKA last meeting. On top of that, he was a big part of holding James under 30 DraftKings points in that one. James's usage hasn't been up that much with Milutinov out. Loyd has a much higher floor even if the ceiling isn't as high.

Tyler Dorsey, Tel Aviv ($7,700)

Dorsey has picked up a lot of the slack since Yovel Zoosman went down again. The Israeli squad has lost games by five points or less, the most in the EuroLeague. They keep the games close even if they can't stick around for the win. I like the usage to go up more for the forwards with Othello Hunter out of the mix this week, but we could see Dorsey do a little more as well. He is leading Tel Aviv in scoring since the break. I expect to see a bit of an uptick today with Hunter out of action.

Jaycee Carroll, Real Madrid ($6,400)

The Real Madrid guard corps are getting really thin right now. Llull is less than a month removed from surgery, so he's still going to be out for a while. Carlos Alocen missed Round 30 with an ankle injury, then tweaked the other ankle in the domestic league game on Tuesday. Chances are that even if Alocen plays, he will be severely limited. I would expect Carroll to do most of the ballhandling in the absence of Alocen, so he looks like a really nice play here. Even if Alocen is in, Carroll will handle more duties than usual. He's a nice bargain at this price.

Also consider: Mike James, CSKA ($12,400); Norris Cole, Villeurbanne ($9,700); Rodrigue Beaubois, Efes ($7,200); Chris Jones, Tel Aviv ($5,800)

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Forwards

Walter Tavares, Real Madrid ($11,700)

Villeurbanne is tough up front, but I don't see how we fade Tavares here. Not only did he put up 37.5 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Villeurbanne, Tavares has at least 30 DraftKings points in every game since the break. Real Madrid is running with a bigger lineup on the court with all of the injury issues with the guards. That has pushed more of the scoring up front since Carroll and Nic Laprovittola aren't elite scorers. The probable absence of Alocen is only going to exacerbate this issue. Tavares is one of the safest plays out there right now, no matter the matchup.

Mario Hezonja, Athens ($9,500)

Hezonja has been back in the EuroLeague for four games now. All four of his DraftKings point totals have been between 25.5 and 27.5. We know exactly what we are getting from Hezonja no matter the matchup. This is far more valuable in cash games, but with the dearth of good tournament options on DraftKings right now, I'm treating almost all builds like cash builds. Consistent guys and finding the one value piece that pops is going to be what wins you money.

Ante Zizic, Tel Aviv ($7,500)

Zizic has been trending upward anyway. With the absence of Othello Hunter, it will also put Zizic in line for more rebounds and a little bit of a scoring boost. The big thing that I'm looking at is the minutes boost. Zizic has only played more than 25 minutes once in 2021. He put up 35 DraftKings points in that game. It seems certain that he will be on the floor that much today, so Zizic is one of the better value picks that you'll find out there.

Also consider:  Vladimir Lucic, Munich ($9,200); Will Clyburn, CSKA ($8,700); Gabriel Deck, Real Madrid ($7,900); Derrick Williams, Valenica ($6,900)
