Michael Conforto Remains Out Of Lineup On Tuesday
New York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto (hamstring) is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. The 27-year-old also missed Monday's game due to hamstring tightness. According to manager Luis Rojas, Conforto is potentially available off of the bench on Tuesday. Nevertheless, he is day-to-day until he returns to a starting role. Guillermo Heredia draws into center field and bats eighth in Conforto's absence, but he is not a worthwhile fantasy option in any regard.
