Tommy Hunter Reports To Summer Camp
Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Tommy Hunter reported to the team's summer camp on Friday. Hunter has finally been cleared to join the team after testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this month. The 34-year-old right-handed reliever may not be ready for the start of the season with a delayed start to summer camp and with Opening Day a week away. He also had surgery on his right arm in 2019 and pitched in only 5 1/3 innings for Philadelphia last season. When healthy, Hunter is expected to pitch in middle relief out of the Phillies bullpen, making him unattractive from a fantasy standpoint.
