Max Holloway was on a mission at UFC 251 to regain his UFC featherweight crown, but all efforts fell just short. Looking to get back to the old Holloway in the opening rounds, he was giving Alexander Volkanovski all he could handle. In the third round, the tide started to turn a bit toward the champion. In Rounds 4 and 5, Holloway was out-landed in the significant-strike category by 24 total strikes. Holloway also did not land any takedowns on the night, while Volkanovski may have clinched his victory by bringing down Holloway three times. Losing two in a row to Volkanovski, Holloway will have to earn his way to another shot at the crown. Anyone else in the featherweight division will serve well for Holloway to get back on his feet in the division and in the fantasy world.--Matt Bricker
