The San Francisco 49ers are rewarding head coach Kyle Shanahan with a new six-year deal on Monday that will replace the three years he had remaining on his current deal, according to league sources. The new deal ties him to the 49ers through the 2025 season. It will make him one of the league's five highest-paid head coaches. Shanahan signed his first six-year contract with the team in February of 2017. The son of former head coach Mike Shanahan, Kyle led San Fran to an NFC championship last year and is regarded as one of the best play-callers in the league and one of the top offensive minds in the game. The 40-year-old was a former offensive coordinator with the Browns and Falcons.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
