Penske Racing's Ryan Blaney started on the pole for Wednesday's Blue Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 at Martinsville Speedway. While there was potential DFS downside to Blaney starting that high, he ended up losing just one place by the end of the race, bringing home the 12 car in second place. It was Blaney's third consecutive top-five finish at the track, which is becoming one of his best on the Cup circuit. Don't expect the same level of success on Sunday when the series visits Homestead-Miami, though, as Blaney's never finished in the top 10 at the track in five Cup Series starts.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
