Penske Racing's Ryan Blaney will roll off the grid first for Wednesday's Blue Emu 500 at Martinsville Speedway. Blaney ran strong at Martinsville in 2019, garnering a pair of top-five finishes. In fact, three of his last four trips to this track in the Cup Series have resulted in top fives, though he's only led one race at the track. That was in 2018, when Blaney was out front for 145 laps before ultimately finishing third. Blaney hasn't visited victory lane yet in 2020, but Wednesday's race could be his best chance to do so, and while starting first does erase his place differential potential, he'll be in a good spot to lead a lot of early laps and collect some fastest laps since he'll be working in clean air early on.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
