Columbus Blue Jackets forward Nick Foligno scored two goals in Monday's 4-3 overtime win against Ottawa, which put an end to the team's eight-game losing streak. Stefan Matteau also scored for Columbus before Emil Bemstrom became the eighth rookie in franchise history to score a regular-season overtime goal. Boone Jenner had two assists in the contest, which saw the Jackets lose Elvis Merzlikins to injury. Joonas Korpisalo came in and saved 14 of 15 shots in his first appearance since Dec. 29. Foligno now has two multi-point performances in his last three games. The Jackets captain has been unproductive so far with only 28 points in 61 games, but various injuries have bumped him up the depth chart, and he's skating on the first line and the top power-play unit, so the 32-year-old veteran is in a great spot to improve his productivity.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
