ANALYSIS: Remember when Andrew Luck retired and it looked like doomsday for Indianapolis fans and fantasy GMs who had already drafted him? Drop those fears and trust Brissett! Listen, Jacoby Brissett might not be a league winner, but out of the quarterbacks that mostly weren't drafted in your league, he's one of the most solid options still available.

Nobody is saying Brissett is having a league-leading season to this point, but his performances so far have been quite encouraging. For a player starting at quarterback for only his second season (fourth overall in the league), his improvement from 2017 has been impressive. Brissett has completed 66 of 92 passes for 646 yards and seven touchdowns with just one pick. Back in 2017, he posted a 13-to-7 TD/INT ratio in 16 games. He could best his touchdown mark by mid-season this year.

In his last outing against Atlanta, Brissett led Indianapolis to its second win of the season. He did it to the tune of 310 yards with two touchdowns and no INT. He fell just four yards short of having a career-game in passing yards and finished the day with a great 23.9 PPR that made him the QB12 of the week. That mark improves on his first two weeks performances of 18.4 and 21.8, and has Brissett ranked 14th among all fantasy quarterbacks.

Although T.Y. Hilton remained in the Week 3 game even injured, thus making his already injured quad getting worse per his own words, it doesn't look like he will miss time and Hilton is expected to be back for Week 4. That game against Oakland and the one against Kansas City the following week could be two great opportunities for Brissett to keep piling up numbers. If you have a hole in your 2QB roster or stream the position weekly, the next two weeks provide a favorable span to field Brissett given the good matchups and everything he has shown so far this season.
