Los Angeles Chargers safety Derwin James (foot) will have surgery to fix a stress fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his foot and is expected to be out for three months, sources informed of the situation told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. James made the Pro Bowl and was an All-Pro in his rookie season for the Bolts, so this will significantly weaken their secondary for the first three months of the season. Adrian Phillips should see significantly more playing time while James is out. While this is a blow to the team's overall defense, LA's defense/special teams will remain a strong pick in fantasy drafts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
