Al Horford's 19 Points Are Not Enough In Loss To Chicago Bulls
Al Horford stepped up to play sidekick to Kyrie Irving on Saturday night against the Chicago Bulls, as he scored the second-most points on his team, accounting for 19 points and also tallying two boards and three assists. The 12-year big man was not timid shooting the rock on the night, connecting on 9-for-15 from the field and 1-for-3 from deep. Big Al has been hitting a stride as of late, averaging 20 points in his last four performances, substantially better than his season average of 12.9 points per game. The 32-year-old veteran looks to keep the streak going in Toronto on Tuesday night, a series that he has had success in this season with averages of 16.3 points per game and 8.7 rebounds per game in three matchups.
