Calgary Flames center Derek Ryan picked up three helpers during a 5-4 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday afternoon. It was the first three-point game of the season for the 32-year-old. Ryan is the Flames' fourth-line center and has 23 points through 57 games this season. He is not worthy of fantasy consideration in any format. It was a day dominated by depth players as Andrew Mangiapane, Michael Frolik, Austin Czarnik, Travis Hamonic, and Sam Bennett all scored in the contest. The Flames are now off until Monday where they will play the Arizona Coyotes.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
