Evan Engram Optimistic For Week 13
Evan Engram (hamstring) is "optimistic" that he'll be able to play in Week 13 against the Bears after tweaking his hamstring in pregame warmups in Week 12. He was ready to play on Sunday if the situation permitted, but he admitted it wouldn't have been the "smartest idea to be thrown in." Engram is genuinely questionable for this weekend and will be a very risky low-end TE1 option if he's active. Rhett Ellison had his best game of the season against the Eagles on Sunday with Engram not playing, but he wouldn't be a realistic starting option if Engram sits out again.
