Minnesota Wild right wing Nino Niederreiter got a monkey off his back on Thursday, as he scored his first goal of the season in a 3-1 win against the Kings. He had gone 25 shots without a goal before breaking his tuck on a power play. He's got only six assists as well, so Niederreiter has been pretty cold at the start of the season, However, he now has four points in four games and with the Wild averaging 3.75 goals per game in the last four outings, there should be plenty of more scoring opportunities for Niederreiter and others.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
