Matt Nagy Likes Taylor Gabriel
Taylor Gabriel in the offense this year. Nagy said Gabriel has been "everything we thought" since they signed him to a four-year deal in March. “He’s working through some adjustments within the play on what he does against a certain coverage,” Nagy said. “But the biggest thing for him is he’s a speedy guy, and he knows how we’re going to use him and some of the things we want to do. And he’s done a great job.” Gabriel will have his opportunities as a home run hitter and should be more productive than he was last year as Nagy uses his speed to create mismatches. However, he won't see regular targets on a weekly basis and is more useful as a flex option in standard-scoring formats.
