Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Vince Velasquez is expected to come off of the disabled list and start against the Mets on Wednesday. Velasquez was dealing with a forearm contusion after being hit with a pitch, however, it appears as if the injury is behind him and he's back healthy. Velasquez holds a 5-8 record with a 4.69 ERA and a 107/34 K/BB ratio. Outside of strikeouts, Velasquez's numbers haven't been that impressive in 2018. However, facing a struggling Mets team, he makes for a solid streamer on Wednesday.--Dan Fappiano
