The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected USC running back Ronald Jones with the No. 38 overall pick of the 2018 NFL draft on Friday. Jones was also a track star in college, and he has big-play ability at the next level. He produced excellent numbers behind an average offensive line, but he'll need to improve on his blitz pickups in the passing game in order to become a three-down back.
