Joe Mixon Hints at Return in Social Media Posts
Free-agent running back Joe Mixon (foot) posted a workout video to his Instagram Story this weekend showing himself going through drills as he works toward an NFL comeback. Mixon hasn't played since January 2025 after a foot injury wiped out his entire 2025 season, and Houston released him in March. The 30-year-old was productive the last time he played, rushing for 1,016 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 regular-season games in 2024. There's now a team showing interest, too. Mixon is traveling to Seattle on Sunday and is expected to visit and work out for the Seahawks on Monday, according to reports. Seattle placed rookie Jadarian Price (chest) on injured reserve Saturday, while Zach Charbonnet (knee) is still working his way back from a torn ACL.

Ladd McConkey Active Against Seahawks
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (foot) is active Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. There was some concern about his availability after McConkey missed Thursday's practice, though he was able to get back on the field in a limited fashion Friday. He was officially listed as questionable. McConkey has 12 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown through three games, but the targets haven't exactly been piling up lately. He saw three in Week 2 and five last week. RotoBaller has McConkey at WR32 for Week 4, which puts him more in the WR3 mix than among the receivers fantasy managers need to force into lineups.

Lamar Jackson Questionable to Return With Ankle Injury
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Jackson suffered the injury late in the first half and did not return to the field when Baltimore opened the third quarter, with Tyler Huntley taking over at quarterback. Jackson had completed 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns before exiting. He entered Sunday without an injury designation after dealing with a minor back issue earlier in the week, so the ankle is a new concern.

Ja'Marr Chase Ruled Out With Concussion
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Paul Dehner. Chase was injured in the second quarter after being brought down by his facemask, with his head hitting the turf on the play. He was able to walk off under his own power before going to the medical tent and later the locker room. Chase caught all three of his targets for 26 yards before leaving. He will now enter the league's concussion protocol, putting his status for Week 5 in question.

DJ Moore Downgraded to Doubtful With Shoulder Injury
Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) has been downgraded to doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. Moore left late in the second quarter and was initially listed as questionable after being evaluated for the shoulder injury. He caught one of two targets for 11 yards and added one carry for six yards before exiting. Moore was already on Buffalo's injury report with a shoulder issue throughout the week, though he entered Sunday without a game designation. The move from questionable to doubtful makes a return this afternoon unlikely.

DJ Moore Questionable to Return With Shoulder Injury
Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the New England Patriots after going to the medical tent late in the first half. Jonathan Acosta initially reported that Moore went in for evaluation after a diving attempt near the right sideline. He was able to get up and walk off the field on his own, but Buffalo has since listed him as questionable to return with the shoulder issue. Moore's status will need to be watched coming out of halftime.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams, according to Adam Schefter. He later went to the locker room and was initially listed as questionable to return. Barkley finishes with two carries for eight yards. Philadelphia has not provided any further information yet on the severity of Barkley's hamstring injury.

Jayden Daniels On Track to Return in Week 5
Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels (left elbow) will be a full participant in practice this week, head coach Dan Quinn said Sunday. Daniels was limited in all three practices last week before Washington ruled him out against the Indianapolis Colts. He has missed two straight games since dislocating his left elbow in Week 2 against Dallas. A full week of practice would put Daniels on track to return Sunday against the New York Giants, although he still needs to get through the week before Washington clears him to play. The timing could be important for the Commanders after Marcus Mariota aggravated his right MCL against Indianapolis and is expected to miss some time.

Jaylin Lane Has Serious Ankle Injury
Washington Commanders wide receiver and returner Jaylin Lane is dealing with a serious ankle injury, according to head coach Dan Quinn, as reported by JP Finlay of NBC4 Sports Washington. Lane was injured on a kickoff return early in the third quarter of a Week 4 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in London. He did not appear to be able to put any pressure on his left leg and had to be carted off of the field. Lane was quickly ruled out of the game and did not return. Lane did not record any receptions and had three kickoff returns for 80 yards (26.7 yards per return) against the Colts. He has tallied two receptions for 25 yards (12.5 yards per attempt) in 2026.

Joe Mixon Visiting Seahawks, Worth a Stash?
Free-agent running back Joe Mixon is visiting the Seattle Seahawks, according to Jay Glazer on FOX. Mixon has not played since 2024 after a foot injury wiped out his entire 2025 season, but he was still productive the last time he was on the field. He rushed for 1,016 yards and 11 touchdowns on 245 carries in 14 games for Houston while adding 36 catches for 309 yards and another score. Seattle has a reason to look for help. Rookie Jadarian Price (chest) was placed on injured reserve Saturday and must miss at least four games. Zach Charbonnet (knee) returned to practice this week but cannot be activated until Week 5 at the earliest as he works back from a torn ACL. Emanuel Wilson and George Holani are among the backs currently available. Mixon is only visiting at this point, so there is no guarantee he signs, but his past production and Seattle's short-term uncertainty make him a reasonable speculative stash in deeper fantasy leagues.

Marcus Mariota Expected to Miss Time After Aggravating MCL Injury
Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota (right knee) aggravated the MCL injury he first suffered during the preseason and is expected to miss some time, according to Ian Rapoport. Mariota will undergo additional testing after leaving Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts in the first quarter. He completed three of four passes for 46 yards and added a 35-yard run before going down. Rapoport also reported that there is hope Jayden Daniels (left elbow) can return in Week 5 against the New York Giants. Daniels was limited in all three practices this past week but was ruled out Friday, with Washington planning to reevaluate him after another week of work. If Daniels is not ready, rookie Athan Kaliakmanis would be next in line with Mariota now expected to miss time.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans (ribs) will play Sunday against the Denver Broncos despite dealing with fractured ribs, according to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer. Evans will wear protective covering over the injured area during the game. He did not practice Wednesday or Thursday before returning for a limited session Friday, and the 49ers listed him as questionable coming into the weekend. Evans has 12 catches for 137 yards and two touchdowns through three games. He'll give it a go against Denver, though how much the rib injury affects him once the game starts remains to be seen.

Brock Bowers Added to Injury Report with Illness, Still Expected to Play
Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers (illness) has been added to the injury report, but his status for Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs remains unchanged, according to Sam Warren of The Athletic. Bowers will play against the Chiefs on Sunday. This injury report update from the organization was merely procedural, as the Raiders are required to report any injuries or illnesses that are impacting their players. Barring a setback, Bowers should operate at full strength as the Raiders look to improve to an unimaginable 4-0 record. The 23-year-old tight end was quite impressive in his season debut last week, catching 10 passes for 116 yards and one touchdown. He wasted no time developing a strong rapport with Kirk Cousins, and he should remain a high-end TE1 in fantasy football for Week 4.

Lane Johnson Inactive Against Rams
Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson is inactive for Sunday's Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Rams due to personal reasons, according to Ian Rapoport. Johnson was added to the game-status report Sunday morning as questionable after carrying no designation coming out of the practice week. The Eagles are also without backup tackle Fred Johnson (knee) for the second straight game, so rookie Markel Bell is set to make his first NFL start at right tackle. It is a notable change up front for an offense built around Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley, with Philadelphia suddenly turning to an inexperienced option on the right side of the line.

Tyjae Spears Officially Active for Week 4
Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Baltimore Ravens. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging a full practice on Friday. The 25-year-old has been off the fantasy radar almost entirely this year due to the state of the Titans' offense and his role behind Tony Pollard. Through three games, Spears ranks as the overall RB49 in PPR leagues with 58 rushing yards and 41 receiving yards. Even his receiving contributions seem to have been scaled back, as he has been limited to a modest (by his standards) four catches on six targets this season. He should still be rostered in 12+ team leagues, but there's no reason to start him in fantasy lineups at this point.

Colby Parkinson Inactive Against Eagles
Los Angeles Rams tight end Colby Parkinson (knee/shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's Week 4 game against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Nate Atkins. Parkinson did not practice Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and entered the weekend listed as questionable. He has caught three passes for 21 yards through the first three games of the season. Los Angeles is also without Terrance Ferguson (ankle), leaving the Rams down two tight ends against Philadelphia. Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, and rookie Max Klare are available to handle the work at the position with Parkinson and Ferguson sidelined.
