Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 16:
Courtland Sutton, WR, Denver Broncos
It was only the second time in 2025 that Sutton went over 100 yards receiving, and it happened to come with rookie wideout Pat Bryant (hamstring) inactive. Quarterback Bo Nix has spread the ball around pretty evenly this year, but he could start latching onto Sutton more down the stretch. Sutton could lose targets if Bryant makes his return this Sunday versus the visiting Jaguars, but fantasy managers should still consider Sutton a WR2 as Denver's best receiving option.
Jauan Jennings, WR, San Francisco 49ers
Jennings is third on the 49ers in target share (18.2%) this season, behind star running back Christian McCaffrey (21.3%) and tight end George Kittle (19.7%), after leading the team in that area last season (22.7%). He's been running hot on touchdowns in recent weeks, and projects as a solid WR2 for the Week 16 Monday night matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
Zach Charbonnet, RB, Seattle Seahawks
They are likely to shut down the Seahawks' running game with relative ease on Thursday night. As such, Charbonnet's main path to fantasy relevance is to find the end zone. If Seattle finds itself inside the five-yard line, Charbonnet will get a crack at the end zone. However, he has very little upside, and he carries a lot of risk. If you are hurting badly at running back, you can throw Charbonnet in your flex and hope for a touchdown. Beware that if he does not score, he could ruin your fantasy week.
Jawhar Jordan, RB, Houston Texans
Chubb has returned to practice this week and Marks apparently could have gone back into Sunday's game if it wasn't a blowout, but it's unclear if either back will be available in Week 16. That puts the 26-year-old Jordan on standby for potential lead-back duties for the Texans if Chubb and Marks cannot go. Jordan is still only rostered in 7% of Yahoo leagues.
