Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders (back) is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 8 contest against the New England Patriots. He had been listed as questionable after his back tightened up following practice on Friday. Sanders tested his injury pregame, and it was ultimately determined that the rookie wouldn't be able to suit up. Former Patriots quarterback Bailey Zappe will be active against his old team, serving as Dillon Gabriel's backup.--Andersen Pickard
