William Nylander Injured on Friday
Toronto Maple Leafs forward William Nylander (undisclosed) was hurt late in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Buffalo Sabres. He sat out the final 5:51 of action after taking a hit from Sabres forward Jason Zucker. Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube said after the game that Nylander still needed further evaluation. Toronto and Buffalo will have a rematch on Saturday, and fantasy managers should regard Nylander as questionable for the game. Losing Nylander for an extended period would be a massive blow for the Maple Leafs, as he's been in a class of his own offensively on the team this season. With eight games played, Nylander has amassed 14 points (three goals, 11 assists). His exit from the lineup would give Nicholas Robertson or Sammy Blais a chance to play.
