NASCAR race results and recap for the 2025 Cook Out 400 from Richmond Raceway. Austin Dillon got his redemption win and shook up the Playoffs picture.
This year, he won it fair and square. For the second straight race at Richmond Raceway, Austin Dillon ends up in victory lane, as he beat Alex Bowman to the finish line by 2.741 seconds on Saturday night.
In addition to a great race, Dillon's win also shakes up the Playoffs picture quite a bit, as the Richard Childress Racing driver is now locked into the postseason.
Finally, after Chase Elliott wrecked out on Saturday night, that allowed William Byron to lock up the regular season points title, guaranteeing him an additional 15 Playoffs points to start out the postseason.
