When is Logan Henderson getting called up? Will Henderson get promoted in July 2025? Read about this top fantasy baseball prospect outlook heading into Week 16.
Milwaukee Brewers right-handed pitching prospect Logan Henderson made his MLB debut earlier this season and looked quite impressive during his first stint.
However, the Brewers opted to send the right-hander back to Triple-A to continue his development.
Should fantasy managers continue to stash Henderson on their bench? When should fantasy managers expect him to get the call? Let's dive in!
Logan Henderson Prospect Update for Fantasy Baseball
Henderson enjoyed a much-needed bounce-back outing in his most recent start at Triple-A. On July 6, Henderson tossed six innings of two-run ball with six hits and no walks. He struck out five batters.
In his previous start, Henderson allowed five runs across four innings of work.
Through 62 2/3 innings with Triple-A Nashville this season, Henderson has posted a strong 3.16 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and a 73:20 K:BB. Given his steady production, the right-hander should be in the mix for an early return to the majors in the second half.
Logan Henderson over the last month+ appears to be pushing hard to develop a more rounded arsenal. The slider usage is ticking up and has actually performed far better than the cutter. Logan Henderson Outlook for Fantasy Baseball
During his first 21 innings in Milwaukee (four starts), Henderson posted a stellar 1.71 ERA and a 0.95 WHIP. While he performed at a high level, given the current state of the Milwaukee rotation, he may have to wait for an injury to get the call.
The Brewers recently promoted right-handed prospect Jacob Misiorowski, who is no danger of losing his spot, and activated Brandon Woodruff as he made his season debut last weekend.
While Misiorowski or Woodruff could eventually get put on an innings limit in the stretch run, Henderson does not have the most viable path to return in the near future. As a result, he is best left on the wire in shallow lakes. He is a solid stash option in the deeper 12+ team formats.
