T.J. Hockenson start or sit Week 11 advice. Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 11 (2024). Should I start or sit T.J. Hockenson for fantasy football?
BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE1
ANALYSIS: Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson tied the team-leader in targets and led in receptions and yards in his team's Week 10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He caught eight of his nine targets for 72 yards, scoring 15.2 PPR fantasy points, despite his quarterback, Sam Darnold (hand), throwing three picks.

Hock returned to being a focal point for the offense despite playing only 46% of the snaps. He played just 45% in his debut. It remains to be seen if he'll get more overall playing time, as he was closer to ~80% of snaps throughout 2023, before his injury. This could be a load-management scheme by head coach Kevin O'Connell.
Still, the coaches clearly trust No. 87 to make him a focal point of the passing attack, and Darnold made it a priority to get the ball to him -- he finished tied with elite WR1 Justin Jefferson in targets. Hockenson is still one of the best in the NFL at his position, and he should only continue to get healthier as the season progresses.
There's not much reason to bench him in any leagues. He's been a top-5 player at his position in PPR fantasy scoring every season that he's played 15 or more games. He's a stud, so you should start him.
