ANALYSIS: Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb scored just 5.2 PPR fantasy points in last week's shocking upset win over the Baltimore Ravens. He was still on a snap count, since it was his second game back after suffering a season-ending knee injury early in the 2023 season.

It's likely that his first four games back from injury will be a ramp-up in activity, meaning he should see more snaps in Week 9. He won't face as tough of a run defense either -- Baltimore has one of the toughest in the league, and the Los Angeles Chargers, his opponent in Week 9, aren't nearly as stiff.
He doesn't have huge upside for now, but he's getting the lion's share of backfield touches, which makes him startable in fantasy. It's too early to expect week-winning numbers, though. He was one of the best backs in the league before his injury, but he may not be the same this season, if ever again in his career.
