ANALYSIS: Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard is the RB9 overall in full-PPR scoring. There isn't much reason to bench him. He is facing a tough Denver Broncos defense, and QB Bryce Young, who was off to a terrible start to 2024 before being benched, will now replace starter Andy Dalton (thumb), who sprained his thumb in a car accident.

It remains to be seen what his role will be when rookie Jonathon Brooks returns to play and gets fully ramped up, but he won't play yet, so Hubbard remains the guy. He's been one of the best value picks in the entire NFL draft so far.

We may reach a point where both Panthers' running backs are startable. The offensive line has been blocking out of their minds. For now, you get the guy in head coach Dave Canales' extremely valuable RB1 role (the one that made Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White RB4 in PPR in 2023).
No. 30 is a set-and-forget player, while Brooks remains sidelined. The opposing defense will be tough, but Denver does not have a good offense, so the game script could be in his favor, at least early in the game.
