Should I Start Marvin Harrison Jr. in Week 1?
BALLER MOVE: Start in all leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. had an inconsistent rookie season but should be viewed as a must-start WR2 in all formats in Week 1 when the Cardinals face the New Orleans Saints.
AS a rookie, Harrison flashed immense promise at times, but struggled to produce every week. In the season opener, Harrison caught just one pass. However, in Week 2, he would find the back of the end zone twice and tally 130 yards.
Overall, the former Ohio State standout tallied at least 15.0 PPR points in eight games, but fell under that mark in the remaining nine games. Overall, he saw just 6.8 targets per game, which is relatively low for a true WR1.
However, with a full offseason under his belt, Harrison should be poised to take the next step in his second season. During camp, he has received high praise from his quarterback, Kyler Murray, and his coaching staff.
While he may occasionally take the backset to the tight end Trey McBride, he still possesses a high ceiling, especially in a favorable matchup against the Saints, who project to be among the worst teams in the sport.
He should be started confidently in all formats as a WR2.

Should I Start Darnell Mooney in Week 1?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ team leagues (check injury reports)
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3 (check injury reports)
ANALYSIS: Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney (shoulder) has been dealing with a shoulder injury, but could still suit up in their season opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. During the week, the Falcons listed Mooney as a limited participant during practice and gave him a questionable tag heading into Sunday's contest.
In fact, head coach Raheem Morris noted that the wideout could be a game-time decision.
Fantasy managers should closely monitor his status as he could be a viable WR3 if he were to start the season. Last season, Mooney enjoyed a strong debut campaign in Atlanta. The former Bear caught 64 passes for 992 yards, which was the second-highest mark of his career. Mooney also found the back of the end zone five times.
In Michael Penix Jr.'s first career start, he looked Mooney's way six times and connected with him on five of those for 82 yards.
Facing a vulnerable Tampa Bay secondary, this game could be relatively high scoring, which raises Mooney's upside. If Mooney can suit up, he is worth viewing as a strong WR3 in all leagues, serving as the No. 2 WR alongside Drake London.
However, if Mooney were to sit out, London could see his target share rise significantly and push for a WR1 finish in Week 1.

Should I Start Cedric Tillman in Week 1?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ team 3-WR leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: Upside WR3/FLEX
ANALYSIS: Since joining Cleveland in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft, Cedric Tillman has shown flashes of immense upside at times, but has struggled to stay on the field. As a rookie, Tillman saw 5.0 targets per game over his final seven games. During the first half of the season, the wideout saw just 1.3 targets per game.
In his sophomore season, Tillman saw just five total targets over the first five games, but quickly emerged as a top option following in Week 7. From Weeks 7 through 11 (four games), Tillman averaged 18.1 PPR points per game while seeing an impressive 10.0 targets per game. He then suffered a concussion, which shut him down for the remainder of the season.
Despite his injury history, Tillman could be in a good position to enjoy his long-awaited breakout in Year 3. With Joe Flacco slated to start under center and Tillman locked in as the team's No. 2 option, opposite of Jerry Jeudy, the Tennessee product could become a staple in this offense.
While his upside will undoubtedly be limited if Flacco were to lose the job, for now, he carries sneaky WR3/flex value in deeper 12+ team leagues. The Browns could find themselves passing the ball quite often in Week 1, facing the high-powered Cincinnati Bengals.
